Breakfast perfect location great staff very friendly Venice is usually very crowded but this hotel was in a perfect location so it didn’t feel as congested. That was a real plus for us. The room was very large they had Wi-Fi, which was a plus and the air-conditioning was very very good is a matter fact I had to turn the air-conditioning down because it was so cold but Venice was so hot so this was great The only thing I didn’t like is walking up to the second floor no elevator but other than that, I don’t have a complaint

Our host was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was a perfect start to the day. I wish we could have stayed longer.

It was a cozy “mom and pop” type of hotel. I felt very at home. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing!

The property was incredibly located. Not too far from the train station but also not super far from the major tourist sites. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also a lovely touch. I did think the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the bathroom a bit tight. But for all of the other positives, this was the only slight negative.

Nice small hotel. Room was spacious with nice canal view. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Room was on 2nd floor with narrow stairs. Difficult for heavy baggage.

It was a comfortable experience. The place is safe, quiet, and very close to the restaurants, coffee shops, trian station, and the bus station. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and very friendly. Which made us feel at ease from the start. We will definitely come back, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and cozy stay in Venice. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host. The shared bathroom. But it worked out.

On a canal, great views, close to restaurants

The location was very good and staffs are gently, the breakfast was simple but good. Very nice for 1 day stay It was a veery small room, there were no space for a trash in the bathroom and the air conditioner had a bad smell, also my room had a window to the terrace so there was not much privacy

The location was good. The rooms and the shared bathroom and everything was clean. Our room was quite tight. Unfortunately, our room was facing the alley. They didn’t even have Kleenex or anything available. and only body wash for your shower and hair. Breakfast was OK. We made it through sharing a bathroom with 4 rooms. I was really worried about that. I could imagine how much nicer it would be if it were updated. But, I don’t know the prices of other rooms available so I cannot compare.

Close to bus and train station, but also quiet.

The hairdryer did not work was very dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and although the description stated it was a queen bed, there were actually two small beds pushed together, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the breakfast was very poor, consisting only of some eggs and bread.

Best place we stayed in Italy! It’s a quiet unassuming place with AC, comfy bed, great location, breakfast, and a view overlooking the canal. Wish all my hotels were like this

The bed was very comfortable, the entire hotel was spotless. It is on a small canal, but very quiet with easy access to other busier areas. The in-room bathroom was a little cramped. The breakfast was okay, maybe some fruit and yogurt would be nice. Overall very satisfied, and when we go back we'll stay here again.
