Breakfast could have been included
-
It was located in a very convenient area. A short walk to all areas we were interested in Nothing
-
Wonderful location, but quiet at night Durning the day you can open the window and watch the gondolas float by!
-
No hand cream, shampoo in the washrooms.
-
Location for Venice is perfect.
-
No shower, only bath on our room. If you don't like bath, it is annoying. Not that "centric" location.
-
Great location, great concierge and clean rooms. A/C worked very well during a hot couple of days. Would have liked an overhead shower or at least one anchored on the wall. Only had a handheld. But, not a huge deal.
-
The breakfast was very good and the woman who hosted was wonderful. The room was comfortable and the location to places we wanted to see was convenient.

Convenient location
-
Room size was good and decor lovely. Good location with their own water arrival and departure dock. Lovely staff. Bathroom and shower was very tiny - shower was way too small, even for a woman. No iron or steamer for clothes which is a problem after flying 8 hrs. Didn't feel the price was worth the value.
-
The staff were all excellent and assisted with every request. The location was very good. There was nothing we did not like, but if we had to say something, it was a little pricey, but after all, it is Venice.

The property is well located and we had a room on the canal. The staff was excellent and very helpful in every way. I made a mistake on booking and arrived a day early, but they quickly accommodated us. The room was clean and it was huge with wonderful old furniture that made the visit seem more like a walk back in history as Venice is. This is an excellent place to stay and I would recommend it to others. Breakfast was good with eggs to order. Value could be better.

Really nice hotel in the center of Venice. The Staff has been very friendly. We got some great tips. Room was clean and a good spot to explore Venice! No fridge in the room and sadly we couldn't close the bathroom door properly

Location was great and had a very charming venice feel to it. There wasn’t a shower! Just a bathtub with a spray nozzle but no shower curtains. Also, the drain smelled horrible.

Get the breakfast!

The location is wonderful, central, great neighborhood with the Opera and restaurants. The room was very spacious, the breakfast was delicious and the service great. The best service was the front desk staff. With maps, we got so much information about ferry's, taxis, time tables, walking routes, gondola recommendations, etc. - it made our entire trip so much easier and comfortable. Fantastic service and most convenient location! Nothing - love this hotel and its staff!

This is a great hotel especially if you are going to the opera at La Fenice. Like most everything in Venice, getting there is labyrinthine, but it’s well worth it. Take the vaporetto to Santa Maria de Giglio to get closest (line 1)

Rooftop small and was a bit overrated
-
Great location curled away in the heart of San Marco. Comfortable rooms and attendant staff. The rooms were quaint and cozy. Bathroom shower/tub is not set up well for anyone over 5ft tall. It’s fine but awkward and need to hunch over. Other than that, it’s great.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and the bed very comfortable. The location was central but not noisy. Bathroom was very nice. The hotel staff friendly and helpful, giving great restaurant recommendations. It could use 2-3 shelves in bathroom for toiletries.
