I did not have a shower in my room or a safe . My mother had the same level room and had both, as well as a private balcony. Quite different rooms. I do not feel like my room was worth the price paid.

Great location. Near a bunch of things to do. Cute courtyard. Great staff and accommodating. Only stayed one night. No concerns

I wish i could name one thing about what i didn’t like. Cuz otherwise it will look like this was bought or whatever. I can only give you my humble opinion on the hotel and it was het excellent. Very friendly staff, clean halls, clean bar, clean rooms. And the rooms as the name it says they were artistic. If i need to say one thing: hmm i would say the small single room bed. But that’s my chose by choosing small room. Slept formidable btw

The interier of the building is interesting and there is a nice small inner garden for a breafest. As for a solo leisure traveller who needs a stay for a couple of days it met the expectation. No view from the window, probably it depends on the room and it's complicated to expect in the city where all buildings are so close to each other.

Very good location and fairly easy check in. The staff was frendly and helpful. The style of the room was very venetian. The breakfast was pretty minimal. The beds were a little hard. I had to descale the shower myself before getting any decent water pressure.

super small and old elevators

Centrally located Don’t bring a lot of luggage!

A great place to stay, bedrooms were nice and big. Location was central to all of the sites and the staff was very helpful

Great location, room, and breakfast Air conditioning doesn’t really work.

Located in a really lovely part of Venice, very close to San Marco and other sights. The breakfast was great and rooms were really comfortable. The terrace was such a peaceful place to watch the gondolas go by in the canal. It also had an elevator which was so helpful for my parents with limited mobility. A bit pricey but worth the splurge!

Wonderful location, quiet, birds outside, and a lovely mix of illusion and allusion to the artists and connection to the Theatre. Close to San Marco and the beauties of Venice. Close to quiet corners and canals. All lovely. Staff lovely, super helpful, wonderful place, nice breakfast room, loved the little patio for a rest and relaxing Nothing

Very good

The breakfast was great. The location was nice. Our room needed repairs. The door didn't lock properly, the shower didn't drain. The AC didn't work as advertised. The restaurant below us was loud and made sleeping with the window open difficult, but was necessary since there was no AC.

Location: a stone’s throw from a vaporetto stop and, obviously, the Fenice Theatre, and a delicious restaurant on a quiet piazza. The rooms are quiet & clean. Old world charm combined with an efficient, amiable staff.

The location is pretty and clean. The front desk are very approachable and helpful. Overall my experience was good. I didn’t like my room but the staff assisted me to switch me to another room the second day when a new room was available, he also was nice and referred me to a nearby restaurant that I enjoyed a lot. I would like to stay here again if I go back to Venice. I was placed in a kind of attic room, I did not liked it because it felt kinda haunted and there was a bit of spider webs in the light fixture. I see that room could work for a group of people because the room has space but I was alone. Other than that, the room was clean and well organized.

Centrally and conveniently located near Piazza San Marco, this lovely, super-clean boutique hotel is housed in an 18th century palazzo (no cookie-cutter hotel here!). Comfortable, hand-painted furniture and a balcony overlooking a small, quiet canal where I could watch gondolas go by made me feel like a princess. Professional and professional staff were most welcoming and accommodating. Special thanks to Rosa, Ileana and Nikolai - you are simply the best! Next door, wonderful Italian food and and wine are served indoors and out at the Taverna La Fenice provided a dining experience that complemented visit to the hotel. That my travel schedule did not permit a longer visit!

The hotel is a very nice place to stay, and the setting in which it is is very quaint and cute. Do know that cars can not get to this location so you will have to carry your luggage from the water taxi to the hotel, which crosses a lot of bridges with stairs throughout the canal, which we did not know prior to arriving there. Important to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage, as we did, but it was doable, but definitely tiring, especially since we didn't expect it, since this wasn't listed anywhere in the listing. Also, the inside of the hotel does have elevator but do know that on those floors you will still have to traverse some smaller stairs to get to your room so keep this in mind as well. It is a nice place though and the staff are very sweet and kind. The hotel has been visited and stayed in by various stars and artists which is really cool as we found out when we got there and the hotel has its own seating and eating area as well if that is something that is important to you. The amount of stairs to get to the location and that this isn't mentioned anywhere. Was very hard with the heavy luggage and not knowing that cars don't go there at all even though on the listing on booking.com it is set up and presented as it you can take a car taxi there. That being said though it is doable, but this should be transparent so people can make a better informed decision based on their luggage situation.

It is convinient to everything and workers are very accomodating It just doesn’t have a canal view, but other than that it’s perfect
