Breakfast was plentiful & goos selection, both continental and a selection of cooked dishes. Location is great, just far enough from the exceptionally busy ares but still within walking distance, 6/8 minutes to San Marco. Early morning noise form building works being undertaken opposite.

The hotel was very close to everything, which made moving around very easy. It was also very clean and well organized. The staff were very polite, friendly, and always helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it. Breakfast needed to be updated

Lovely hotel, typical Venetian style. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast service was great and servers kept tables clean and available. Good options for Italian breakfast. Location is central. Room was a bit cold. Would have liked thicker blankets or option to add more layers.

Nothing. The booking sold me a room, and when I got there they gave another one. Inferior, dirty, with no hot water, broken trash can, ok and overpriced breakfast. I asked help from Booking, to get a refund and move hotels with my kids, they said they sent my complaint to the hotel.

room is superbly clean, location is central, breakfast is perfect. good variants and really attentive staff. loved all the staff, Jessie, Christian, and his crew. Perfect stay, safe to walk at night. absolutely nothing.

The elevators where not working so being on the top floor was not fun at all

The hotel was very centrally located and the front desk was open 24hr which was convenient as we arrived late. The staff were welcoming and attentive to our needs. The bed was uncomfortable, and unfortunately, some of the other hotel guests were loudly arguing, resulting in the police being called at 4 am. Both factors contributed to a poor night's sleep. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with extended options. Overall, a good selection at breakfast.
