The property was beautiful and in a fantastic location. Walkable to everything. The staff was super accommodating and easy to communicate with on WhatsApp. There wasn’t much I didn’t like. Considering the building was from the 1500s it was in great condition.

We liked the location and friendly staff Bathroom needs to be upgraded. Shower walls and toilet seat was a problem. The front door is not inviting at all.

Very nice historic Bed and Breakfast stay. Alessandro and the other staff were very nice and helpful to help plan our day of tourism. The location next to Basilica San Marco and the historic place were the reason we booked-perfect for those reasons! Large bath, Fridge, comfortable bed, towel warmer - all very nice. Breakfast in the common space was delightful. No negative statements Location, price, service all great!!

Great location, nice staff, special feeling of the almost 500 hundred years old building. The furniture is worn out and mixed. The breakfast is tasty but only sweets.

Pleasant staff Breakfast was dreadful. No supplies in the bathroom, not even a shower gel! The shower enclosure was discussing and dirty. Towels were like sandpaper. The place was not clean. Construction equipment inside closet, baseboards missing, run down, shower doors were coming off rails and broken (their response? to tape back together, which was not safe), curtains falling off the rails, and the second day we came back to our room to find it unlocked and door wide open. There was no safe for valuables. Two slippery flights of stairs to get to room (ok, the place is hundreds of years old), but in general it’s grotty and in desperate need of total renovation! Pics are deceptive. It was €365 for the two nights - what a rip off!

The hosts were very welcoming. The location is in the 4th floor with no elevator. It may be taxing for some travelers.

I loved my stay here. From the moment I arrived, Matteo and Alessandro made me feel welcomed. My room was very spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, and the location is perfect. The location is fantastic—just steps from St. Mark’s Basilica, Doge’s Palace, and the Rialto Bridge. The hosts were friendly, and the coffee and croissants were appreciated. The cleanliness needs much more attention. The bathroom and overall upkeep were below expectations and clearly haven’t been deeply cleaned in some time. A thorough cleaning would make this stay truly worthwhile.

Breakfast was included (which is a big plus in Venice) and very nicely served. The only problem was with the shower cabin - sealant cleanliness and doors.

The property has an excellent location right in the center and close to everything. Also, the staff is super friendly, and they really try to make sure we’re well taken care of. I had some issues with the internet, but in the end who needs Wifi when you are in beautiful Venice.
