The location, staff, charming room. Mosquitoes were a menace. Very warm room.

Location was great - central ; breakfast included was very good. Lots of choices - very fresh.

I loved how the room had good air conditioning and the balcony overlooking the lake was an unexpected bonus. It was nice to sit in the sun loungers

This hotel is stunning and the people working at the hotel are super kind and hospitable. They have a wonderful breakfast spread and a great appetizer hour if you select that option when you book. Anyone wanting a unique Venetian experience should book here. My group were all women and we all felt safe and taken care of. There are stairs but the staff took care off all of our bags. The room was a bit small but 100% worth the stay. The hotel is also clean. Again, can’t emphasize enough how kind all the staff were. Fantastic!!

Location was near everything. It was a hassle to get to from the train station, so be prepared to walk and carry your luggage. And steep stairs to get in. But the actual hotel was nice. The room had a table for your stuff. the bed was comfortable. The AC was very nice and worked well. They had ample outlets The shower was small so be aware. It’s standing the doors close very close to where you are standing. If you are a taller or bigger person, it may be very difficult.

Location and the breakfast was excellent Room was little small and no elevator
-
There is no lift in the hotel. If you are carring heavy bag, best of luck. Considering small size of Venice island, you need to walk 9/10 minutes to the nearest water bus stop. Which is a lots of walking in narrow and dozen's of bridge with your languages.

I had to go up 120 steps to get to my room and I have no cartilage in my knee. Even after I said that, they did not try to accommodate me to another room, where I did not have to go up 4 flights of stairs. Employees were not friendly. Food was no good. Close to many things and easily accessible. That is pretty much it.

Very good location and helpful staff. Too many stairs.

Location Stairs

Location was great That we booked the room through Booking.com and the instructions on the sixth individuals were saying in each room, apparently was not communicated appropriately. So we paid for a triple room, one single and one double and we didn’t get that and what happened was that then there was no other rooms and the rooms could not accommodate us so we had a switch sleeping arrangements around but still paid for three people in a room.

So very close to San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge. Close to very good restaurants, even one next door. Stairs... so many stairs when staying on 4th floor.. ext time Will ask for a lower floor..am 82 years old! But am in better shape?

Location I was on the third floor and there was no elevator- I figured how to enjoy the stairs.
-
The location was extremely convenient, being a 5 minute walk to St. Mark’s Square. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants nearby. The furniture was Venetian-themed. The staff were kind and helpful. They gave us a map of the area and directions. They let us wait for our train and have a glass of wine in the bar long after check-out. It was a little noisy in the morning, but we only spent one night and were up early anyway for check-out. The proximity to the canals caused the bathroom to smell at one point, but that is probably unavoidable in a unique city like Venice.

The room was tiny and there was not good common space.
-
Great place, excellent location, friendly staff. Nice breakfast, fantastic view from balcony on canal. Will definitely stay here again.
-
Location is excellent near san marco Very old , nothing inside the room even refrigerator not found , no elevator , alot of mosquitoes
-
It was older than others we stayed at but very quaint. Room was very small but bathroom was great.

It was close to everything. I didn’t like the stairs. If you have no luggage it can be a little challenging.
