Great location, near the San Marco square. At nights it was quiet, the breakfast (paid separately) was continental and okay. The room was small, especially the bathroom, but clean and with all facilities. The air conditioning was quite loud and it was difficult to sleep with it because of the sound. Breakfast variety can be improved.

The location was amazing. 6min away from every main attraction! Clean, friendly staff and good breakfast
-
Great location near shops, food, gondola and transportation Elevator not working which will help carry luggage upstairs

Breakfast was very good, staff courtesy was excellent. Bedding was crisp fresh and very comfortable. Images were deceiving, room really needs updating. Not worth our cost.

I wish there was a mosquito net on the windows, since we couldn’t turn the air conditioner on, because of our small child, we had to go with the windows and we were bitten a lot. The bathroom was not the best, even though we didn’t mind it. It was clean and functional.

The room location was amazing. And the staff was super helpful in helping us find them easily. Room was surprisingly soundproof and dark. Main bed mattress needs to be replaced.

Great stay, location and staff Everything was great

The location is located within easy walking distance from many parts of Venice I don’t feel it matched the description at all, there were no privacy curtains and the people across could see right in the room. I would say the breakfast was continental at best.

Great location 4 minutes from Piazza San Marco. Friendly, communicative and caring family operated lodge. Powerful air conditioning. Nice bathroom fixtures and shower even though small. Good value for money being in the heart of Venezia. No in-room coffee or hot water kettle. This is essentially in any grade hotel.
-
excellent location in the heart of Venice and minute walk to center of action breakfast was not up to snuff, eat at restaurant if you need full breakfast
-
Beautiful view of the canal, perfect room for our family of 4.

Location, cleanliness, staff
-
The location and the view were simply incredible. It far surpassed our expectations. Definitely one of the most memorable of our entire trip! Nothing :)

Location was great. Clean, and bed was cozy. No view of canals out my window, and a very small room (photo of which I didn’t see advertised). Simple breakfast the same every day, but adequate.

The room was very comfortable and the location was excellent. But the host Valentina really did go above and beyond to make our stay special, we will be back for sure. Bellisimo!
-
Location was great - right in the middle of everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large clean room with views of a canal. Breakfast was not as expansive as we had hoped for the price. Wonderful homemade croissants and rolls, but, other than boiled eggs, no other protein.

Great apartment!

Felt like a home away from home. The host was very friendly and kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Whenever we had a question or required something for our room, she was quick to respond. Overall 10 out of 10 experience. Everything was great!

The location was ideal for navigating around to see the highlights of Venice Once off the water taxi the walk to our room was relatively easy No stairs to cross, access was made easy. There was someone there to meet us as we informed them that we were arriving later than expected because of the train delay. They were very accommodating, lovely people. They offer a very modest breakfast with pastries, fruits, meats and cheeses, boiled eggs, jams and of course cappuccinos and espressos A lovely little dining area. The only negative part was the beds, they were somewhat hard, of course I'm used to sleeping on a pillow topper. If you're a side sleeper you may end up with a little soreness, my son, traveling with me had some sleep issues. I sleep on my back and don't move all night, so when I would wake, I would be stiff. Perhaps Valentina, which was very accommodating in every way would consider maybe something on those beds for more comfort. It could also be optional per traveler. Some people like a hard bed and some people like a soft bed. Merely a suggestion.
