Bathroom a bit small and not comfortable

Great location. Beautiful chandeliers. Nice breakfast included. Room was not fully cleaned. Found hairbrush and broken fan and mattress. AC barely worked. Stains on bedding. Old and funky.

The location was perfect! It was close to everything, but off to a side street so it was quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful with arranging transportation. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of variety to eat for my picky family members. Nothing! I would love to stay there again!

Location was great Air condition was total garbage. Room didn’t get below 25 degrees Celsius. Completely unacceptable in 97 degree heat. If the hotel is really that hard up to make money to limit the airflow in the room just charge a little more per night. Cheap cheap cheap…. Couldn’t sleep through the night.

The breakfast was fairly basic but OK. One lady serving and clearing tables in a very small breakfast room. She was very pleasant, hardworking and friendly, so much so that I hesitate to be critical of it. There was AC in room but it does not come on until end of April ! They did supply a fan when we complained. The very small bathroom had an overhead shower, but no curtain or screen, resulting in entire room being soaked every time we showered.

The property was very cozy and elegant. It gave you the impression that you are living like royalty in the 18th century. Everything met my expectations.
