The room was a bit dark and received little natural light. I would have appreciated some more non-ceiling lights also.

Lovely old hotel in historic building on a small canal with gondola passing our bedroom window. Easy access from the street and only a short 5 min walk from Rialto water bus stop. Our room was very imposing with period furnishing and fabric wall coverings. Great breakfast and lovely staff. Ideally placed for all the Venice sights. Nothing

Awesome central location
-
Great location No lift but was advertised as such. Bathroom was abit small but was sufficient.
-
Stairs no elevator
-
No floor space for luggage

- The staff was friendly and helpful - The powerful AC helped us rest after the tours - The interior, atmosphere, and terraces all looked so Venetian - The location - in the center of Venice. Everything we wanted to see is nearby - Being able to store our bags after check-out gave us extra time to enjoy Venice before our departure

Location is great. The breakfast was amazing. There is no lift which they clearly mention. The single room was pretty small though that is expected given the location.
-
Close to the main attractions in Venice. Francesco- the guy in the front desk is very helpful in giving us directions and things to do, very friendly. Climbing the stairs in third floor, no elevator, but part of structures of old building.

Good location, friendly staff and great breakfast!

Bellboy carried our luggage to our room. The only down side was the steps. We were on 3rd floor and had many steps to climb
-
Breakfast Location Beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Mimi fridge did not get cold at all even when i turned it up. Room was a little warm.

Location is very central. Staff are mostly friendly and breakfast was good. Rooms small and noisy. Smallest shower ever (2 ft square max). If you dropped something you couldn’t pick it up.

The location was good. We walked everywhere. We had a suite & a deluxe room. The suite was a good size with two balconies overlooking a canal. Our rooms were clean. They both had an A/C unit. The breakfast was nice, but only offered from 8-10. The staff were nice & friendly. It doesn’t have an elevator. It you have trouble with stairs, this may not be the right place for you.

Small bathroom

Everything Add more variety at breakfast scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage instead of just hard boiled eggs.

The property was close to the airport. We had a 6am flight. The desk clerk scheduled us a personal transport to the airport, which was great because the buses don’t run that early. There are a set of tall stairs to get to the check in desk. The desk clerk helped us take our luggage up them.

Helpful front desk staff, great location (though a little hard to find). Historic rooms (no elevator. Good wifi and lovely breakfast. Kind of hard to find (very tucked away). Older hotel.
-
We loved the location - central to all of the attractions. Stairs were somewhat difficult - we were on the top floor. But not a game changer for us!

Great breakfast and nice outdoor terrace was good. Smallest shower in the world. Could Hadley turn around. Very small room.
