It’s close proximity to the train station and airport buses. Good communication and easy self check in.

Self check-in is not my favorite for hotels. Though we received a friendly help when we got lost with it. Stairway to room upstairs..is quite a climb. But you'll find it rewarding.

Great location, just like the photos, friendly staff, they kept my luggage until my room was ready.

For a room of this size, it was really well appointed - I would say they are punching above their weight. They had all the amenities you'd find in a "higher quality hotel"... iron and board, hair dryer, toiletries, slippers. They really maximized how they used the space so you had everything you need. I was disappointed that when I discovered that I mistakenly reserved an extra day and notified them less than an our after booking, they wouldn't budge on refunding that day. Also the room could have been cleaner. We found hairs on the comforter when we pulled it our of the closet where it had been stored which made us assume it was just placed there after the last usage without having been washed.

We had a huge patio just outside our room! Centrally located to everything. Wonderful bakeries and shops. Walking distance to everything Loved everything

The hotel had minimum service and staff was not helpful. The room and bathroom are very small.

I stayed at this hotel in May. It has an excellent location, and the room is comfortable, very clean, and equipped with everything you might need. It is very close to Piazzale Roma (about a 5–6 minute walk), which makes getting around the city extremely easy. I highly recommend it.

Digital checkin process was fine if you are ok with doing everything over the phone A few guest were not aware there was no one managing the lobby and were confused how to check in and get to their rooms

Clean and great location

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We feel that the bedroom and bathroom where brand new. The bed and shower where the best even when comparing with others 3 stars hotels in italy. The staff where very nice. The hotel is near terminal. And close to main attractions. Nothing.

There is no on duty staff. If you need anything you are alone by yourself. The a/c was not working and they replied our messages when we checked out.

Small room. No breakfastt. When booked breakfast was included but I was contacted to inform me that breakfast was no longer included.
