At first, it feels like a more modern hotel then you’d expect in Venice, but then you realize it is an historic palazzo that has been renovated for the creature comforts of the world we live in today. I say that because it was such a pleasure to go out for eight hours a day and walk seven or 8 miles to come back to this beautiful place. It was our haven and we always looked forward to our beautiful room and then of course every morning an incredible breakfast that filled us up for a day of adventure. The staff is the best, i’ve never said “Bongiorno” more in my entire life. I highly recommend.

Incredible staff. Very pleasant and helpful, they basically can't do enough for you. Location is very good and hotel is easy to find, no small feat in Venice. Big bathroom gym was small and stuffy. Breakfast looked good but wasn't outstanding. Our room was a little cramped and had no view Hotel was pricy

the atmosphere one if the spa ladies was rude to my friend ( her way wasn’t professional when he booked for 2 ) she kept on repeating ( i only have 1 booking) it was rude tv wasn’t supporting mirroring to phones kinda old

everything was quite wonderful really the rooms the facilities staff. etc there is nothing i didnt like . we had dinner there and the portions were rather small and a bit overpriced. breakfast on the other hand was superb

Breakfast was great, lots of options and the staff was attentive. I booked a lagoon view but ended up on the first floor with mostly a view of the restaurant out front (not even affiliated with the hotel. Not only was it not the view that was advertised, but it really lacked any privacy. Additionally it was very noisy all day and night. I also found the staff to be mediocre - they didn’t really seem to care about how to make my stay great - I expected more. Lastly, I kept finding flies in my room, which to me is a sign of a housekeeping issue.

This hotel was amazing in every way.

Breakfast was good. Location is great Price didn’t match my expectations. No gym, no spa as far as I know.

We loved the location, so close to great restaurants and away from all the clutter of the main touristy areas. We were on our honeymoon and they arranged fresh flowers, champagne and a beautiful suite for us. Concierge recommended such a good restaurant too, and staff were all so nice and helpful. We really loved everything, one only recommendation is to have heavier weights and options at the gym. But it was pretty good for our 3-day stay.

Everything was Excellent There was nothing I did not like.
-
A small observation - The elevator felt very small and was also used for hotel service like bringing supplies.

Newly renovated this property is beautiful. The service is excellent. Great location and close to everything yet at the end of Canal where it’s a little quieter Gym is small but I understand space constraints
-
Beautiful property in a fantastic location! Room was amazing and the breakfast on property was decadent. Concierge was disappointing. We made arrangements for transportation the day before, even checked that morning, and our water taxi came late. We had to meet a tour guide…so we needed to be on time.

Fabulous service and accommodation. Really beautiful building and very unique. Excellent location- convenient but just outside of the wildly busy tourist area. The food just wasn’t very good and so it was very expensive for what it was (in addition to breakfast, ate outside for lunch and on the roof). Head to Girabaldi a few blocks away for delicious food and very reasonable drinks.

I loved how the hotel staff made us feel at home. The breakfast was amazing! There is nothing that I didnt like about this place. I didn't know it was such a luxury hotel till I stayed here. I would go back again if I can afford it for a longer duration. They helped us get a water taxi to the airport, Its very close to the water bus to the airport (arsenale stop Alilaguna) but our flight timing was such that water taxi even though expensive was better option. Our room was a suite which was quite spacious! The room rate is tad bit expensive!

The staff was amazing and very attentive. The food is amazing. Had fantastic lunch day arrived while waiting for room ready. We arrived early. Stay included breakfast which is a must. Delicious. Amazing location. So easy to get to everything you want to do. All water transportation methods right there. Nothing. All was great. Having to leave was difficult!

The best stay in Venice. Gabrielli is the hidden gem, I will always prefer this hotel in the future. Gabrielli people are amazing. So much care and optimism, yet professionalism as well. They didn’t take any deposit charge. The room was warm and cozy. What I mostly liked is attention to the details. The housekeeper was rearranging beautifully every item in the room. The room service was kind and caring, they were bringing all tiny items I needed asap. The breakfast is just a symphony. Such a haute couture service, but slso super caring. The food was bio and organic. I stayed longer for breakfast just to enjoy the atmosphere. The room had wonderful ventilation and heating system. There was a menu for pillows, beautiful furniture. They had given me umbrella to go home, because it was raining. The welcoming letter was personally written by general manager with his hand in calligraphy. I was amazed by every hour spent here. Nothing.
