The bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff didn’t help me get a taxi or transport to the taxis.
-
Hotels in Venice are overpriced. That’s a universal truth. I was there for work , loads of tourists make it impossible to visit and have basic services at a fair price .
-
Close to train station and good restaurants The are conditioning was terrible. It almost felt like there was no air conditioning at all
-
The worth hotel in 20 years of traveling.
-
Location to Venezia S.L. station. No air conditioning, way too crowded bathroom (no room to stand to use the sink or to dry off after a shower, no remote for the Telefunken television that did not have any buttons to manually turn it on/off, control volume, or change channels. Hotel gave us a universal remote after our 1st night that they claimed would work the tv but it didn’t work.
-
Location, close to train station, shops and restaurants. Staff were also available and helpful . Extremely tiny bathroom and no air conditioning The yellow lighting in the room is very sore to the eyes. Don’t expect to have a safe or mini fridge.
-
Great location and the staff were super nice Room is tiny, no curtains to block light and no ac which we did expect but even with the fan it was so hot. The shower door didn't close leaving water to leak out and some black mold on the wall above.
-
Too dirty, very small and old
-
Very close to St Lucia train station which we needed. Lots of food and shopping venues Very basic. No refrigerator and safe box in room, Phone did not work and noone came to door for wake up call
-
Close to everything It was hot. Not sure if there is air con or not
-
Perfect location No A/C, old small rooms, old fashioned bathrooms.

Location

The location was excelent! Right next to the santa lucia station. And next to a lot of stores and the vaporeto stations No AC, we swat the whole night, had to open the windows only to be eaten by mosquitoes. The rooms were too small, there was awful smells in the corridors, they left the cleaning cart on the way, the elevator is too small,

The property is close to the taxi water station, very convenient for those heading to the Marco Polo airport. Mosquitos and flies inside the room. The bed was very uncomfortable, and no air conditioner .
-
No AC, it was really hot
-
Rooms were comfortable And staff was really friendly and helpful
-
No hot running water for the first 2 days. Had cold showers. The basin tap also trickled out, barely any pressure and no heating to rooms. Not great when was a little fluey and weather was cold. All we wanted to do was return at night to a hot shower. No commu to us that the hot water had been turned off and when they had returned it on. Water was still cold

Excellent

It is in a great location but not clean enough. The staff in the morning was friendly but evening staff was so so. It is cheaper than the alternatives but still expensive and not good value for money. It should be cleaner and the hotel needs better facilities. The third bed could be enough for a small child but it is still dangerous for head bumps.

The hotel is located just a 2-minute walk from Santa Lucia Station, which was extremely convenient for me, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
