Close to Piazzale Roma, friendly staff, clean room

I felt safe staying here with my daughter. Staff was helpful with anything we needed. Also, liked how close it was to Piazzalle Roma. We only had to cross 1 bridge with our luggage. Delicious breakfast, large rooms, immaculate. I really have nothing to critique.

People are super nice. Great location, easy access to attractions, and it’s quiet which is very important for me.

Great stay. Everything is nice and breakfast is very good Nice to have a gym.
-
Everything! The room was well appointed and to a high quality. The check in process was very smooth and the welcome drink/snack was a very thoughtful touch. The beds are exceptionally comfy and the breakfast delicious. We enjoyed the outside space too. Nothing at all.

Wonderful staff took good care of me. Breakfast was exceptional.

Hotel Moresco is a beautiful property in a quiet corner of Venice. The property is filled with beautiful paintings of Venice and feels a bit like stepping into a bygone era of luxury. The rooms tend to be on the smaller size, but as this is typical of Europe, it is not really a problem.

Close to station, otherwise there was nothing outstanding. The staff were not too friendly. They had ironing board instead if steamer and was inconvenient to use as the room was small The staff was not very friendly and gave too many inconsequential instructions, how to safely use an iron!
-
Nice little patio, room was comfortable and beautiful canal view. All the staff were friendly except for one gentleman who seemed annoyed with us at first.

Convenient and quiet area of Venice. This boutique hotel went above and beyond. Very clean hotel with lovely Venetian style. Delicious breakfast and the best Americano coffee our entire trip. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is an absolute gem! It is impeccably decorated and maintained. The garden area is an artistic oasis for guests to unwind and be served a refreshing beverage if desired after a day of exploring Venice. The breakfast that is served by the professional staff in a classically beautiful room and the free cicchetti offered during happy hour in the library are absolutely unmatched in the variety and quality. The staff are first class and are clearly dedicated to making your stay the best possible. Finally, the location is easy walking distance to public bus, train and water transportation. I cannot imagine a better place to stay that is away from but easily accessible to the bustling tourist areas and attractions. Easily a five star hotel and experience. Absolutely nothing!

Away from the hustle and bustle crowds but still walkable for tours. Didn’t offer any choice of tv in English and was not able to mirror show on my device. Made nighttime annoying.

Conveniently located if you travel to Venice by train. It’s right on a canal. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were attentive. Loved the outdoor patio area. While the location is convenient, the immediate area around the hotel is not particularly charming. We had issues with the wifi in our room throughout our stay. We complained about that and the staff tried (apparently without success) to make it right. Breakfast was good but not great (compared to other hotels at a similar price we’ve stayed at). The staff were kind, though — and I can understand/sympathize with this — they didn’t come across as particularly genuine. We ended up complaining about a bunch of stuff to Booking.com (wifi, outlet wasn’t working, unexpectedly small room) and Booking.com forwarded our complaint to the hotel. To the hotel’s credit, they offered to switch our room — but only within the price class we paid for, which felt like offering nothing. They offered to send (and did send) some free fruit and a cheap bottle of prosecco to our room, which we appreciated, though again it wasn’t much. All in all we thought the hotel was fine but for the price we were disappointed and would not stay here again.
