The property was very clean, well organized and in a great location.

Small room, small bathroom

After flying so many hours coming to Tenerife from North America, it’s so late and they asked me to go to some other place to get my key from my room which I had no idea where I’m at and it was my first time being there so for my first night, I was staying in the nearest hotel because otherwise I would spend the night outside and I didn’t get any apologies for that AND pillows in the property was uncomfortable

The room was so small with no vent. Not standard. Expensive.

Large room AC did not function well. Very warm in room. Shower did not work. 4 of 6 knobs missing in it and woh 2 people trying to turn it on had no success.

Great location, nice and helpful guest staff, excellent breakfast! the elevator is small, slow and requires the occupant to keep the button pressed for the entire ascent.

Near to the canals station where the water taxi can drop us. And the property is beautiful. Toilet and shower.

Breakfast was great and the location really can’t be beat for the price. Air conditioning didn’t work in our room which made it incredibly hot and stuffy. We left the window open for airflow and ended up with mosquito bites all over our bodies.

Quaint hotel in high end shopping area, reasonably priced, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful rooms. Nothing at all

Nice location No elevator

The location was the best. Close to St Marks Square. Upscale designer shopping in the area. The desk arranged transportation from the airport and again to our cruise ship which was a big help for me not speaking Italian. The property was a little tired looking.

My husband and I traveled to Venice on May 24th 2026. We had the misfortune of encountering a nearly 2-hour wait for the Vaporetto due to the traditional Venice Regatta (Vogalonga). With great difficulty and not wanting to pay €90.00 per person for private taxis, we managed to catch the Vaporetto. To get to the hotel, we had to use Google Maps, as the hotel has no signage at the entrance and the door is very discreet and small. The hotel name is only written on the door threshold. The hotel is quite old but charming. At the time of booking, there was a warning that it was a small room, but I didn't imagine it would be so small. My husband had to sit on the bed so I could pass to go to the bathroom because there wasn't enough room for two people in the hallway in front of the bed, but despite that, everything was working (TV, safe, bathroom - with a great shower by the way, hairdryer, Alexa, air conditioning, etc.). The bed linens and towels were super clean and fragrant, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were clean and fragrant too. The breakfast area is small and its not a buffet. Some items are set up on the tables, and the ladies who prepare the breakfast take the guests' orders. They were super kind in their service, and although it seemed like the breakfast service would be a bit slow, they were super fast, and the breakfast options were excellent and very tasty. Just ask for what you want, and they prepare it and bring it to the table. The hotel's location is the highlight. Turning the corner you're on Calle Larga XXII de Marzo, where you'll find luxury shops like Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, etc., and just 10 min further on is St. Mark's Square, the Doge's Palace, etc. Everything is super close if you are willing to walk. The hotel is like a tower, the floors are small, and the only elevator is one for disabled guests, which is super slow (for obvious safety reasons) and is mainly used for guests with reduced mobility and for luggage. My husband and I only used it to bring up our luggage upon arrival and on my floor, for example (3rd), between the elevator and my room, there were steps to go down and up, kind of crossing the stairs, so the Torino Hotel, however charming it may be, is not a hotel for anyone with any kind of mobility difficulty and not only because it's like a tower, but also because it doesn't have a generator. On May 26th, we were woken up by the heat in our room and saw that the hotel was without electricity. When my husband called the reception, they said the power outage was in the entire area, so we had no options but to carry two small suitcases and one large, heavy suitcase down three flights of stairs. Breakfast that day was offered in a reduced format because they couldn't prepare anything that depended on electricity (not even coffee), but they served juices, yogurt, and other items so that guests wouldn't go hungry. As we were leaving the hotel, we saw that the surrounding shops had their lights on, so we were unsure if it was really a problem in the area or something specific to the hotel, but in any case, the hotel could invest in a generator, at least for the elevator. I wondered if any disable person were lodged at Torino hotel that day... how to get out by stairs?

Sound isolation is rather terrible - it felt like my neighbors and I were in the same room. Also, difficult to find, as there is no sign on the door - had to ask the locals for help.

Conveniently located near luxury shops and St. Mark's Square and cathedral. Breakfast was above average with fruits, pastries and juice drink, coffee. Our room had a balcony which overlooked the street for a nice aviance. Shower is pretty small with considerable water spillage on the floor.

Location The hotel lacks proper maintenance, and our room was different from the photos shown in our booking. There are a few points you should consider: 1. Our room’s bathroom doesn’t have a shower head, so if you want to take a shower you need to hold the handheld shower above your head. 2. The room overall wasn’t clean – the walls, floor, and carpet – and you may see mold in the bathroom. The bed, sink, and toilet were clean, though. 3. The toilet seat in our room was broken.

Paper thin walls. Couldn’t sleep due to loud group in the common area and phone rang at downstairs front desk incessantly and no one answered it.

Amazing location, but still subtle in the corner. It was clean and a decent sized room for Europe!

It is located right next to St. Mark's Square, restaurants, and shopping streets. Also high-pressure shower was phenomenal. My unit is on the fifth floor, but there is no elevator. Since I have bad knees, it is a bit inconvenient for me; however, if you are in good health, it shouldn't be a problem at all.

The shower I had a curtain that allowed the water to flow over and flood the bathroom. The bathroom is very tiny and the shower was very close to the toilet so you bumped into the toilet while taking a shower. And like I said, the water ran over
