Nice charming hotel in Lido with a swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay in hot summer days with the kids. Breakfast was had a really good selection and we all found something we liked and tried twice. The staff was very kind. We enjoyed a drink in the pool in the afternoon few times. The bus is not super frequent in the afternoon. Drinks at the pool are a bit expensive.

Nothing. Maybe a bit expensive, but it is elegant.
-
The bathroom was small for the typical 4-star Italian hotel, it's a fifteen-minute walk to the Lido SME station, very nice in good weather, uncomfortable if it's raining.
-
No Air conditioning in warm October!!!

Outstanding customer service and friendly staff, made you feel very welcomed, very good breakfast and dinners, offered free bicycles, quiet location with view of Venice lagoon, clean and comfortable bed. Being located on the island of Lido was great, BUT you have to take the Water bus or water taxi to get to Venice, Murano or Bolano whic can take up to 30 minutes depending on weather or traffic. If your looking for a great hotel to stay away from all the tourist traffic and noise, we highly recommend Hotel Mabapa. ???????? Distance to Venice.

We had 2 small bedrooms, one with a single bed and its own bathroom, and another with a queensize bed and a single, with another bathroom. There was only one small window in the main room so it was a bit dark, but we didn't spend much time in the room. Lido was lovely and it was nice to be a 10 minute boat ride from Venice, but not staying with all the other tourists. Hotel Mabapa was beautiful with a lovely pool (it was too cold to swim when we were there, but it looked nice). Our favorite place to hang out was on the second floor balcony where there were a few chairs and a table. Great for playing cards and having a spritz while looking out to the sea and Venice. The breakfast was delicious and had so many options for everyone. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the ferry which took you to Venice. We were offered a free tour of Murano with a boat ride and glass blowing demonstration. We really enjoyed this and would recommend it to other travelers.

Friendly staff, great service. The free use of bicycles was nice, also not too far from the beach or water ferry The decor is a little outdated….

Small hotel very centralize in lido with a great view of Venice. Helpful, courteous staff. A very nice breakfast with variety fruits, breads, meats, eggs, cereals, yogurt, great selection of coffees, teas and fruit juices. Everything was very nice. A very well kept older property with beautiful garden, pool and jacuzzi.

The location is peaceful, far from touristy center. Breakfasts were tasty. The villa itself is very beautiful. Room cleaning was exceptional, the housekeeping maid was very friendly. We didn’t like that there is no duvet for the blanket - 2 bed sheets are used instead. Also, there were no bath robes.
-
Location, tranquility, style Bathroom is small and shower was too low

Amongst many hotels on this trip, this was by far and away my favorite hotel. It was impeccably clean, the staff were so accommodating and seemed to anticipate our needs (including lunch near the pool upon arrival!) and gorgeously appointed. Little slice of heaven and the bikes were such a nice bonus. Will be recommending to all. Nothing

Lido is beautiful and this is an affordable choice right on the water! Guests can use boats keys. Extravagant breakfast.
-
Lovely quiet hotel on the waterfront, easily reachable from the ferry boat stop (we travelled with our car), and a short walk to the Lido S.M.E waterbus stop. Friendly staff and a large room, with bicycles available for use. The in-house parking was full (we arrived late afternoon), so we parked our car two streets away, and it was quiet and safe throughout. We were based in one of the annex buildings where the Wi-Fi reception was poor. The signal was weak, but the actual pain point was the constant disconnecting - we were lucky not needing to rely on it/had data. The decor may be considered a little dated, but it did not bother us as the essential facilities were present.

This hotel is excellent in every way. The behavior of the staff, the room, the cleanliness of the hotel, the excellent breakfast, the amazing view, and this will definitely be my choice for my next trip. I suggest to you for your trip.

Hotel is not a 4 star hotel 2/3 needs money spending on it . Breakfast no hot selection? Bedroom in attic no windows
-
Nice place, big comfortable room, great staff! Very cold, not working heating system.
-
Good breakfast buffets We booked the hotel because it had an elevator since 2 of us had mobility issues, but the desk clerk gave us a room with a long flight of stairs he called a "ramp."
-
We were upgraded to a bigger room in the back building , with a private balcony, which was very nice. The breakfast was excellent and had many great choices, but the scrambled eggs were always cold.
