Location, room upgrade, customer service was top notch. They arranged my private water taxi, got us in a room early to help beat the heatwave and even gave us an upgrade. Wonderful place to stay. NA

Location was perfect for the places we planned on visiting. Very comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious, with lots to pick from. No complaints. Staff was very helpful.

Location was great and the breakfast convenient for the family. We had a small issue with the electrical in our room and had to switch rooms during our stay.

The room was spacious and had a great view to the canals. Breakfast was ok, a small, but rich selection of items. The water for the hot tub/shower was only luke warm and the pillows were too hard.

Excellent breakfast with a large choice of very fresh food. Strategic location: very central but out of the tourist busiest area; only a few minutes walk from St. Mark Square.

Big thanks to Simone :) she was amazing and always up for a little chat The location is great The rooms have different themes which is a nice surprise and makes you curious about the rest of the hotel The breakfast is ok enough to not to leave the hotel hungry, still it is lacking a bit of variety
