We could arrive and leave via canal then walk out the back entrance to Piazza San Marco which was about a five min walk. GREAT air conditioning! And there was a tub! Nice staff Do not let them book your taxi! Do it yourself! The bar was only open in the morning! ?

The Venetian feeling! Such a charming place. Love the location easy to walk to the boat station that takes you to the airport, the breakfast and how pretty it is!

Fantastic location - close to San Marco's Square, La Fenice Opera House and luxury shopping street. Our water taxi could come right up to hotel to take us anywhere. Staff were very helpful and friendly! Breakfast buffet was decent but not exceptional. Limited egg offerings (hardboiled only) and no bacon/sausage.

Good location, good staff, good room. Every staff at the reception and the bar is so good at English. Also everyone is so kind and nice:) Since everyone had been so wonderful, I did not wanna leave the hotel… When I came back to my room, it was so clean and neat every time. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Venice. Just one small bridge to San Marco square. If you take Alilaguna bus, you have to cross the bridge(stairs)with heavy suitcases…and so many people

Location was excellent. Very nice lobby and salon area. Authentic Venitian style. Good housekeeping service. Received a nice room upgrade as we were early in the season. Breakfast was bad. No hot/warm food at whatsoever. Dry/bad croissants, bad selection of deli meats and cheeses and a generally disappointing breakfast experience. Only the cappuccino was good. The hotel rooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh, but were spacious.

Fantastic location between Piazza San Marco and Rialto! Room was a large size, especially for Venice! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful!
