We loved the location! Close to everything and yet so peaceful. Our room was clean and the staff were kind and friendly.

It was central to everything, equipped with all essentials, perfect for a large family and the staff are great and very accommodating. It was a great deal for its location and amenities.

Unable to use cooking facilities, jug, toaster, stove

The only negative is that the AC didn't work well. It took the edge off the heat but it was still really hot in the room. I was also there during extreme high heat, so maybe it's better when the heat isn't so bad.

Proximity to all things. Quiet street.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Great quiet location close to everything.

Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Great value for the money. welcoming staff

The accommodation is located in a very peaceful and quiet area. Everything is within walking distance, so we didn't use the water buses in Venice at all. The room is very cozy, clean, and surprisingly spacious. It’s furnished in a Venetian style, which is a lovely touch. Everything was great!

Location was good, everything is a walking distance. Rooms are beautiful. The bathtub is nice. Neighbourhood is quiet. Very few outlets. Had to ask for a teapot for the room.

The rooms made our stay in Venice so magical. It felt like sleeping in a royal bedroom, and it was all so nice and clean constantly. The staff was also just so kind and considerate, they were truly so amiable and it was just such a pleasure to stay there.

The bed like rock

Shower was a bit leaky and WC water flush mechanically flawed

Room a little small but we were only there for three days, still quite comfy

The village was a great location and easy to visit all the 5 villages by train. The view was amazing. Before leaving, the owner kindly suggested us to leave our luggage by our door while we went to visit another village. When I arrived at my other destination, I forgot 3 dresses in the closet. After contacting the owner, his employee kept the dresses. She could of put them on my luggage when she cleaned the room.

I asked if we could have a kettle and they had provided us one in the room. Reception were helpful and are even sending my left behind clothes back for me. It is important to understand this is a bed and breakfast so there is not someone on reception all day but they are responsive to calls and emails. The location is great, very quiet and about 2 minutes walk to some great cafes and bars as well as the water is. The main attractions are not a long walk either. Nothing.

There are close vaparetto locations to the hotel and it was in a quiet and safe location that was just a close walk to some of the shops. We were able to get to and from with ease and were able to sleep without any outside noise waking us, since we were just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The AC was necessary in the heat and it kept us cool. The restroom was updated, clean, and had great water pressure! We loved the decor and the Murano glass chandelier in the room. It was the perfect Venezian stay! More pillows would have been nice, but to be fair, we were never back early enough to ask.
