Great location, a walking distance to the Biennale Giardini location. The room was big enough and clean. The staff was nice, gave directions from the airport without even me having to ask them. They are proactive Everything was wonderful and pleasant at the Locanda Santana hotel

Staff great people! Room...

The location was a bit far from central Venice, and very quiet and fantastic!!!! Great authentic neighborhood with an old world feeling and very few tourists, which is very hard to find in Venice. Could have offered coffee and breakfast

Watch out for mosquitos

Too cold no heating. But that is an issue across Italy.

Nothing!

The staff attention The cleanliness. The room wasn’t in a good condition. It has spider nets and Mosquitoes squashed on the wall. The hand towel had hairs on it.

Great ambiance. Far from busy street of Venice but strategically located near restos None

Quiet location. We liked being away from the crowds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is an old building which we were informed was occupied by Nuns and a kindergarten. I advise travelling light as the hotel does not have a lift and there are many bridges to cross if walking. The hotel was basic, no coffee or drinks facilities but we were ok with that. Only sachets of shower gel provided. An area to have a hot drink and a more comfortable mattress.

It's a house with old forniture thrown here and there. The blankets are terrible

Staff very nice we arrived quite late and they received us very friendly Quite some noice during the morning

I chose the shared restroom because I wanted to save a bit. It was very clean and easy to share but for my own comfort I’d probably booked the private bathroom next time.

Some breakfast would have been great.

The location was good easy access to San Marco within 10 minutes. Lots of food & cafes in the area. That the room had no A/C unit for the individual room itself. No TV .No mini refrigerator. For the money I paid for the room wasn't worth it.

Very good

Very nice spot with a little kind of back Yard, very near to the via garibaldi where you can find a lot of Restaurants with very good food. We had a room with shared bathroom. The bed was very comfy, there are towels (which we didn't expect) and there is a sink in the room. The shared bathroom is clean and the shower jas a very good water pressure. We definitly would come back!

Very poor

The location was great, we liked that it was quiet and a good distance from the busy touristy areas (with lots of restaurants and cafes still nearby). The place has character, but everything was very clean and our room was really cute with big windows that opened onto a courtyard (that all guests have access to). Staff were great, very nice and the check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. The walls are thin, so it can be a bit loud at night - depending on neighbouring guests.

A cozy and charming hotel with a lovely courtyard, located in a beautiful neighborhoods of Venice. The location was perfect—slightly away from the main tourist spots, which allowed us to enjoy a more peaceful and authentic side of the city. The gentleman at reception was incredibly kind and helpful; his advice truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Excellent value for money—Thank you so much! Nothing.
