The location is great. Very close to train station. Very convenient The tv was broken. I couldn’t watch it at all even i pay 600 euro for my room. I told the front staff, he set the mechanic but he couldn’t fix it and made it even worse so the front staff just said sorry. No compensation. He said if i want compensation i need to talk to his manager the next morning.

Location. Quiet. Beds comfortable. Coffee available in restaurant, no fee. Breakfast was $21 euros. Room rather small. Expensive.

The view! I requested a room directly facing the canal since I was visiting for my wedding anniversary and it was perfect perfection. Love the robes and slippers and all the amenities in the bathroom. Also, the location from the train can’t be beat. Really can’t find a fault

Due to their senseless policies, we paid for 2 rooms we couldn't use because we reserved double beds that could not be guaranteed. Attempted to cancel 4 months prior to arrival. If you value hotels that keep commitments and value customer experience, avoid this place.

Clean and classy The 25m room is small relatively My main concern is about the receptionist on the 1st day AC was weak and when we asked for a solutions We were told that ( this is what we have) the receptionist didn’t even try to handle us Also when we arrived i was asking about different room type, he told me this what you’ve booked and your booking is a last minute On the 2nd day the lady was helpful and helped us find a taxi

It was a last minute reservation, but glad we stayed. They were accommodating and very helpful.

The wait was excruciatingly long to check in. Problem w their system & short patience w staff. The most unacceptable conditions was that my room temp was at 29C* (85) in my room when I returned from dinner. Far cry from enjoyable sleep albeit the staff sent up a fan and I opened a window.

Everything location, neatness, staff...etc. They made me go thru couple of back and forth on reservation because of some communication gaps between booking.com and Property facility team.

This property could not be more perfectly located in Venice. The staff is amazing. The front desk staff went above and beyond. The room was a decr size and fit our needs well. You are very close to the train station and to the water taxis. The decor is beautiful. The possibility to have a AC lower in the rooms. Some noise from the Alleyway.

Good location and staffing There isn't any AC until April per the law in Venice, this should be on the the Booking website. I will be emailing Booking directly about this issue.

Location Very clean and modern

Great location, easy access to and from the train station and ferries. Rooms were very nice and clean and no street noise. Plenty of restaurants and great food close to home. Would recommend accommodation to anyone
