Michela is a very nice host and the Appartement is perfect for a stay at lido di venezia! The location is very good; beach, supermarket and good restaurants are near by…and the turtles in the garden were nice to watch :)!

Breakfast was very good. Location is at 3 stations of vaporetto away of San Marco Plazza. Very nice and cozy room. You have a beach and you can visit Venice easily. -

Nicely decorated, has coffee machine with coffee capsules The room was really cold, and the lady removed the AC remote control from the room so that we couldn’t switch it on. She said it worked only for cooling which clearly wasn’t true, otherwise why hiding the remote. Weird time management - for the check in I was strictly requested to give precise arrival time, meanwhile the next day breakfast was served late even though the time was doubleh confirmed in advance. The teapot with boiled water provided for breakfast was disgusting - it was never cleaned inside from the scum, so the white sludge was floating on the water. Breakfast consisted purely from sweet stuff, no plain option neither for yogurt nor for croissants.

A lovely spot. The room opens up into a garden! Michela is very nice. I appreciated the location - away from the insanity of the city but reachable. I wish there were clearer directions at the station for the vaporetti routes, but that has nothing to do with this place. I've been traveling around Italy for six weeks and this was one of the best places. Also loved that there was a coffee maker in the room! Extend your stay and rent a bike, if you can, and take in the beach

Perla B&B is a wonderful place and Michela a lovely host. The bed is very comfortable. Italien breakfast was delicios. The room has everything you need and there is a seating area outside. The shower might be a bit small if you're tall but it's managable. Would definitely recommend this place.

The location was perfect - close to Venice itself but quite and calm. Michela was very nice and welcoming, and was very understanding when our flight was delayed. The breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Breakfast was great. The owner even included Nutella after mentioning it on the first morning. The owner was friendly and gave nice tips for the travel. I'm sure this place is even nicer in the summer. Location is good and even if it is on Lido Island it is easy to get to S Marco square by Vaporetto (about 10 min walk to the dock). Perhaps a rug in the winter months would make the tiled floor a bit more pleasant and warm.

Although the residence wasn't main Venice city it was still easily accessible.

Michela is a kind Host. She gave me lifts to the ferry, as I have knee problems and I had no transport. The house is about 15mins walk from the main street and ferry. Its a very quiet residential area, and no cafes next door. There is only one rented room, so it's just you.... No opportunity to meet others. Just a comment. The shower access is very tight.... No good for a very large person!

We spent very nice days at B&B Perla: the room has direct access to the garden, where there is also the covered space for the breakfast table. There is only one room in this accommodation, which means it is very private. The breakfast is very rich, varied and good. Michela is a very friendly and above all extremely helpful host. She also lent us bicycles, which we used for nice rides on the Lido. The location of the accommodation is also great: 5 minutes to the lagoon and the vaporetto, 5 minutes to the other side: to the sea. Martina&Christian

Lovely B&B. The hostess Michela was very nice and kind. The patio for breakfast is wonderful and Michela prepares a great breakfast. Close to Supermarket, the beach and restaurants in Lido. Would revisit.

The place was very beautiful and calm, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great! We loved our stay there :)
