Nothing to complain about, do wish there were wine glasses for the minibar but other than that absolutely perfect.

Could not cool our room. Was nit allowed to lower the temperature Owner was rude and condescending.

The bed was very comfortable; coffee and tea, along with small muffins were provided. The hotel is waterfront and close to many sites. Housekeeper Mary Beth was fantastic, going above and beyond in her daily cleaning and always making sure we had water before we ventured out for the day. She also worked to fix the room safe and insured we had an umbrella when we left in the rain. The only suggestion is to add a small trashcan in the room (besides the one in the bathroom). A few decaffeinated tea bags for the evening would be a nice addition. The muffins provided were past the freshness date by about two weeks. The TV hanging on the wall blocked an already very narrow walkway around the bed.

Great communication & staff, clean and greatly ecquipped room. Great location & complementary mini-bar. TV having some VoD service. Many LED light shining bright in the darkness.

Location was great Host was very helpful No coffee available in the room. Always had to go out early. Hallway was dark going down stairs.

The place of the hotel is absolutely perfect you get to experience both the tourist and local experience. If you cross the bridge on the left you’ll find a super marker a pharmacy cafes and restaurants with only locals there. If you cross the bridge on the right you’ll find all the tourist attraction spots which is only a few minutes away by foot. Amazing and caring staff! They’re not there physically all the time but you can contact them anytime on the phone and they respond within seconds and take great care of you and your needs. I will 100% come back. Only thing that bothered us is that there is no elevator so we had to carry our luggage all the way up and down.

The Location it’s perfect. The room was spacious and had everything you needed. It has a kettle and you can have coffee or tea in the morning and some pastries. Our room had a fantastic view. I would recommend it. No elevator but the stairs were okay.

Going up the stairs with luggage was not fun. Shower is slippery when wet. TV went out. Otherwise everything was good.
