Breakfast was good. The location was close enough to everything but it was not too crowded. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. We had a great stay and we would stay there again.

Great location, small but clean room. Damiano was very helpful and communicative. Decent breakfast, good coffee.

The only issue is that the bed moves slightly, which is a bit inconvenient.

Great location walkable from Rialto and San Silvestro water stop. If you have heavy luggage go to San Silvestro to avoid the stairs. San Silvestro is just around the corner. Note that like all older accommodation it has narrow stairs, so pack light. COOP supermarket is very close. San Silvestro is on Line 1, so easy to get to all the key locations. Like all older accommodation, there are insufficient electrical plugs around the work desk. Wifi was good but my mobile internet for work related communications was slow. Not sure if it was my provider or the density of the buildings.

The room was reasonable size, was very clean, and the air conditioning worked well.

The staff were very friendly and kind. The lady who cleaned our room was very cheerful, and the lady in the breakfast room was just as lovely. They made us feel very special. Beds could be more comfy and wardrobe was broken.

The location cannot be beat. It is moments away from the water bus stop and a few minutes walk to the Rialto bridge. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was simple but tasty and filling. Damiano is a gracious and responsive host. The B &B is good value for money, I would stay here again.

Venice is a tricky city, but from Rialto 1082, it is easy to reach every site of interest or walk around the city. Excellent location, better host, and excellent breakfast! More than recomended
