The entrance was off the main route, but overlooked The Grand Canal Same, neat & tidy. Less than a handful of rooms on each floor.

Silvia at the front desk was wonderful and the location is fantastic! Room was fine and the advertised air conditioning was not nearly good enough. Curtains also did not keep the room dark.

Large rooms with a great view. breakfast and staff were amazing. Could have used help with how to get to hotel. Better to take a private water taxi than having to take luggage over the rialto bridge.

All was excellent

Location, the staff were very helpful. The lighting in the bathroom.

Lift to the room was a nice bonus. Reception staff were very friendly and they were kind enough to let us check in a little earlier. Was also in a fantastic location for site seeing, catching water taxi's and shopping. Lots of restaurants close by. The double room was too small for 2 people with travel luggage....space was very tight.....I should have booked a bigger room.

Excellent staff and location plus breakfast was very good. Rooms could be updated and more light in the bathroom
-
Location!!! I thought the rooms were all overlooking the canal. They are not, we had 3 rooms booked and were looking out at a building.. we upgraded one of the rooms for more money to have the view

We loved the location of this hotel! It was in the prime spot, right on the grand canal. I also liked the breakfast! Very nice! The AC wasn’t strong at all- felt very warm in the room even with it on. The bathroom was very awkward shaped and super tiny…did not look like the pictures online, so I was surprised when we walked in the door to be honest

A great location and friendly staff. Our ceiling in the room was poor, and would have liked a cooked breakfast

The location is unreal. You step out onto the streets and you’re right in front of the Rialto bridge and a short walk to the Piazza. If you’re catching a vaparetto from the airport the stop is over the other side of the river so you’ll have to carry your luggage up stairs. The staff were friendly and helpful 24/7. The room was dark which we didn’t mind! Breakfast was very average.

Breakfast was nice, coffee was insanely fantastic! The staff were super helpful and the bed was comfy. Location is superb for being a step away from the Canal and the main hub of the area but also quiet enough making it feel like you are further away from the hustle and bustle Rooms have very thin walls. On the first day we wanted to nap in the afternoon after our travel and it was a little noisy outside the halls so it was a little disturbing. However, this did not affect us during the night. It was just a one off. We went in November, floors are cold ? so think about taking some thick socks or bed slippers with you.
