Balcony , pool Shower floor was slippery

Loved the amazing stuff. I’m bad with names and unfortunately forgot the lovely name of the pool service person. He was amazing with my children. If our morning wasn’t so chaotic I would have given him a thank you card. The only thing I have to criticize is our room. We unfortunately had issue with ants and the bathroom showerhead was not working properly.

The Hotel was friendly & charming & the swimming pool was so welcome in the afternoons . Good access to the ACTV water bus & Alilaguna via the local ‘A’ bus was good. We had a fantastic breakfast daily & an especially wonderful welcome from Ronnie who was so helpful with local transport links to Venice & advice re other key places we wanted to visit . A small thing but given x2 people in the room it would be good to have more than x3 clothes hangers each . Perhaps a small hotel guide in the room or via a link would be helpful re places to visit on the island , services available and the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel in a peaceful setting. It blends contemporary comfort with traditional Venetian design and is conveniently close to public transport, including the Vaporetto to Venice. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit, vegetables, drinks and even champagne. The buffet was consistently well stocked. Eating out on the terrace with views of the lagoon was the perfect start to our day. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive. The rooms and bathrooms were all exceptionally clean and comfortable. The cozy restaurant, overlooking Venice, served local dishes that tasted homemade. The outdoor pool in the well-kept garden was a relaxing alternative to the sandy beach, with natural shade and a comfortable atmosphere. The elevator is especially helpful for guests who have difficulty using stairs. Private parking lots were available on demand. We would gladly return!

We loved the breakfast, the back yard and beautiful pool. We found 3 out of the 4 receptionists extremely helpful. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and it only takes a few minutes to get to the center of town and the water bus. What could have been better was one of the receptionists refused to call a taxi for us because we requested the taxi arrive 5-10 min before 6am. He was rude and condescending. The evening receptionist, Massimo, was much more obliging and called the taxi and the taxi picked us up at 5:50am. Thank you Massimo.

We loved the hotel and the staff was very friendly they helped us a lot since this was our first visit to Lido. And we got a brand new room I don’t have anything bad to say

Incredible staff!!! EVERYONE so very pleasant and polite and ready to help with anything! They truly go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need! Beautiful room and linens. Super clean and comfortable! Not a thing!

We were very happy with our stay at the Viktoria Palace Hotel. The room was great, the garden and the pool as well although it was still a little too cold to use it (end of May), anyway it was a very nice area. If you want to visit Venice, I recommend staying at the Lido - so you can have the best of both worlds: more of a countryside feeling but close enough to culture/shopping as the connection St Mark´s Square is very good and there are vaporetti even during night time (every 30 minutes). Nothing at all.

The loveliest breakfast I've had at a hotel ever! Amazing spread, options for gluten-free dietary needs, and staff were so kind. Thank you for your attention to detail!

Very nice place, the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff is kind and friendly. The pool area is cozy just need to improve the quality of sunbeds the handles were shredded. Was a nice getaway trip. Need to take care of the sunbeds and umbrellas.

The rooms and property were very clean, the breakfast had many options, the pool was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful. There were a lots of wasps by the pool and the hotel is pretty far from amenities.

We want to come again as soon as possible, It was amazing!

Exceptional

The TV didn't work. The shelf in the bathroom over the sink was loose. Everything falls off of it.

Good breakfast, clean room It was too hot! Airco did not work, only heating system. Opened the windows and it was a mosquito fest. Sleep, hunt, sleep, hunt, close windows, 28°C degrees..wake up..open windows, sleep, hunt. Busy nights.

Staff were welcoming and genuinely happy to help in any way. Effortless check in and check out, fantastic breakfast. Room was great with fantastic view from the balcony, very comfortable with roomy bathroom and chairs with desk. 10 min from Lido centre and main vaporetto stop, with a bus stop right outside the hotel (fares covered by the vaporetto pass). 8 min walk from tronchetto stop at S.Nicolo.

The location was very pleasant and there was easy access to the ferry by a short bus ride. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was comprehensive and tasty. Happy to recommend the hotel to those who want to be on the waterfront and away from the crowds. Even though the pool was no longer open at the end of October, the back garden could have been made more presentable with a little bit of effort. It all looked a bit rub down.
