Location Don’t sell coffee or any infusion, rooms need update, shower too small. Some persons in the reception had not good attitude.

The bath towels and the lack of soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

It was well located. The air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly, and the room felt uncomfortably warm. Additionally, there was no power outlet near the bed, which made it inconvenient to charge my phone at night.

The location After a whole day visiting Venice, we couldn’t enter the hotel for over an hour because there was no one at the front desk. We tried to call to the all the numbers related to the hotel and nothing. We knocked exhaustingly and then we didn’t have any other option but to call the police, because it was already 1am. Finally a guest woke up and let us in. The day after, some of the staff apologized, but they didn’t give us a formal justification and no compensation of what happened.

The location was very convenient. It was close walking to main sights, easy to each the water taxis, etc. the rooms were smaller, but clean and comfortable.

The location is great a short walk from saint marks and then you can take a boat to the train station Nothing the staff was great

Great location (less than 5 minutes to waterbus station and San Marco), very friendly staff. We received an upgrade to a 1 min nearby apartment (Duccale), very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Near the apartment a very good and varied Pasticceria (Bonifacio) for breakfast. Safe and clean area. -
