Great accommodation in a Central location and I was lucky enough to get parked in the street. The owner Suzanne was there to offer me a very friendly welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet, overall a great stay. All good ?

The owner was very friendly, which immediately made me feel very welcome at the property. The room was clean, the matrass and the pillows were comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary slippers, the coffee/tea, cookies, and the tourist information in the room. I did not use the shared kitchen, but I was glad that it had the facilities for making a simple meal (in case I needed it) and an extra possibility for making tea/coffee. In addition, the property was situated in a quiet neighbourhood, with a park and a bus stop nearby, and restaurants/cafes at walking distance. The window of my ground floor room faced the courtyard which meant that when people smoked in the courtyard (which was allowed), part of the smoke entered my room, and I had to close the window. This was not that much of an issue because I stayed on a rainy autumn day, but it is good to keep this in mind in case one uses the room on a warm day, i.e., wants to have the window open for a longer period.

Fantastic place in downtown Venlo, Suzanne was amazing and provided us with more than expected. Excellent service. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Venlo. Room was very clean and comfortable. We knew it was on the small size but was excellent. Close to restaurants and centre. Nothing!!

All was excellent. The place is very close to the centre, only a 15-minute walk from Venlo station. It is a very quiet place, very well organised and above all very clean. Room and bathroom/toilet services were perfectly clean and tidy. Towels were plentiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and really pleasant. They welcome you in a very nice way and make you feel at home. Comfort is really ensured, with a lot of attention to detail and the well-being of the guest. There is a TV n in the room, plenty of space to put your personal things and also an excellent lighting system that allows you to adjust the light as you wish. The minibar prices are very honest. You have supermarkets nearby and very easy access to the center and the main places in town. Really nice place. Highly recommended. It is very subjective, but the bed was too soft for me, but I still slept very well.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and a great location. Very close to the town centre, restaurants, supermarket and a fifteen minute walk to the train station. Suzanne made us very welcome and we would definitely stay here again.
