The stairs were very narrow, making it difficult for me to carry the luggage up and downstairs.

Great fan! Stairs to room not for the faint hearted with heavy or large luggage as they are steep and narrow but this is typical for the type of building

The apartment was nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing, served like high tea. The two person room was up three flights of stairs with no fire exit or ladder in a super old and poorly maintained building. Quite frightening really. Fortunately the room comes with earplugs, as the bar in front is loud and the windows are not sound proof. On going out at night we were accosted by a druggie on the doorstep. Apparently thus is not the nice part of the city centre.

Fact is carpark Q-Arsennal just one minute walk to the B&B.continental breakfast,perfekt .15 € for 24 hours stay in the multistorey car park is a good price .We booked online and the car park is operated using ANPR system. The BnB right in the Bar and restaurant part of the town.Key system 6 digit code,works good. Nothing,perfect place to get your head down for the night..

Excellent breakfast, nice clean rooms. Access code didn’t work on one room. There was no contact number to call as we arrived at 2000 hrs. The problem was solved by a helpful local and we were compensated with a luxury breakfast. However, when you are tired after many hours of travel, you can do without chasing hotel staff.

Great location, nice little hotel, friendly staff, cosy room, soft bed (to soft for me, my girl liked it a lot), clean bathroom. We were there for the ,,zomerparkfeest" which is a very nice festival (music, culture, ...) and only maybe 1000m away from this hotel. All in all very good and nice! The hole town was in party mood, so there was noise till 5 o'clock am on the street. It was no problem for us, but we were surprised :D

The breakfast was very tasty. The staff was very nice and the rooms were large and clean. The small steps of the stairs, but this can not be changed because of the old building. Rooms one and two can also be very noisy because of the bar at night at least from Sunday to Monday, but the accommodation provides earplugs.

The flowers on the windows in the bathroom of bedroom 1, a piece of furniture under the sink would be good, as in bedroom 2
