The location is very central - close to the train station, restaurants and in the main town of Venlo. The hotel staff is nice. The rooms are very dirty - carpets smell, washroom didn’t appear to be clean. I stayed in room 1107 and spotted insets and cockroaches. They really need to change the carpets as the smell is awful.

The evening staff unfortunately didn't understand we checked in early, so they told booking.com we didn't come and it turned out to become this whole tiring process of cleaning this mess up.

It was very clean, close to the city center and very near to the train station. The staff was amazing, very helpful and kind. The room was clean and cozy. I liked everything!

We have stayed here before so knew what to expect... Modern clean hotel, bed very comfortable, croissants and fresh fruit for breakfast. Great location between station and town. All the ladies working at the hotel were very polite and friendly. Great hotel to stay in, and we will definitely stay here again when we return later this year. n/a

The location is so nice, only 3 minutes from the Venlo station. And the staff was friendly and explained well about the service. Plus, breakfast is free and you got a croissant and a cup of coffee. There is a space in the ground and you can play some table game there. There is no inside slipper in the room.

I thought the hotel was clean and comfortable. The Deluxe room was very nice and most staff were very kind, especially on arrival on the Monday. Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning, i thought the receptionist was excellent. On Tuesday morning, the receptionist was very rude; when I arrived for breakfast at 06.59. I was asked to leave the room as breakfast was not ready. My feeling was she was very blunt. Once I had finished breakfast I asked if my sheets could be changed as I had an accident as I suffer from Crohns disease. She that she would organise this never happened. So I was disappointed when I returned to my room.
