I didn't like anything, the room was very small, the bed was uncomfortable, and it smelled bad. The cover was dirty. People working at night, and no water. I paid for 6 nights and stayed for only one night. The next day, I moved out.

Very affordable and clean and the location is exceptional for proximity to the malacon and beach but without mainstreet noise. Ongoing water issues...but many Mexicans live with this problem. It didn't stop me from staying there. The friendly staff, cleanliness and location won me over.

Very friendly staff, great location (very close to the beach and Oxxo), comfy bed and pillows Wish the lighting was better, there was only a bright white head light - no bed side table light. Also wish that there was a shower carpet, so the floor doesn't get wet

I didn't like that every time we shower , all the water came out and soaked the floor, very dangerous to walk around after each shower ,we had to keed drying the floor ,with our towel

Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Shower had plenty of hot water. Parking was secure for 2 motorcycles. 2 blocks from the seafront. The lift is still broken... Noisy - dogs barking nextdoor. Noisy corridor and noisy carpark. Air conditioning didn't work despite having the code reset and reinstalled. Towels were threadbare - seriously, I've seen more fluff on an orange than existed on my towel.

The property is located walking distance to the beach and to the aquarium which we enjoyed. The atm is close by, restaurants are close by… breakfast was very very basic but for 90pesos extra we got buffet with multiple dishes (only for our daughter, I hardly eat breakfast). The parking is very secure. The hotel is basic but clean and very safe, the stuff is amazing. I managed to print an important paper at the reception, it was very kind of the guy at the reception desk. We liked everything.

I love the location of this hotel, close to the ocean, the aquarium, and different places to eat. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I usually stay at this hotel when I go to Veracruz because it has adequate parking and the rooms and linens are clean. I wish it had a pool and it might be nice if there were safes in the rooms.

friendly staff cost was suposingly 1000 pesos down to 500 pesos but this hotel never can cost 1000 pesos , the bet is very low quality and the room is very cheap equipt 500 pesos was just ok 300 pesos would be more correct
