The room was a good size and very clean with nice amenities. Although there were some toiletries included, it would have been better if there was hair conditioner and body lotion available as well.

Good variety of foods at breakfast. Coffee delivered and excellent. Offered several desserts at breakfast too. Elevator and very comfortable bed and modern bathroom.

We ask for body wash to be refilled and for a shower cap. None were done.

No enough towels in the room. Cheap toiletries. Poor selection of teas and coffee for the kettle. Alexa should be turned off by default, it felt like an invasion of my privacy. The area is pretty dead, I felt unsafe walking back at 9 PM.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms well appointed (e.g. tea and coffee making facilities). The area is quiet and very convenient both for exploring the city on foot and for trips outside Verona. The are very good dining options nearby. For the standard and the location it is reasonably priced. There is really nothing to criticise.

Great location near everything on foot. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room itself wss very clean and very comfy , so modern. We really enjoyed our stay.

A return visit to a hotel whose location away from the bustle of central Verona we enjoy. Room comfortable and well equipped, breakfast still varied and ample. Restaurant next door provided an excellent dinner. No negatives.

Excellent hotel in a peaceful area but still only 10 minutes by foot from the arena and Piazza Bra. A warm welcome, friendly team, spotless and well equipped room. Breakfast is a genuine delight with a wide selection of delicious choices. Thank you for making our Silvester stay a special one.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I mean it! The beds are super comfortable, they even provide memory-foam pillows. The bathroom has almost everything you need, the rest could be got from the reception. Bathrobes and slippers were also provided. Fantastic breakfast though coffee could have been better. The first impression from the room was a bit negative as the design was so basic, actually there is no design at all, zero efforts was made to make a room cozy which I expected from a hotel in Italy. But when you realise how thoroughly they clean the room and how thoughtful it is equipped, you do not see these flows. Little touch with few decoration would have changed the impression.

Location, good breakfast, professional staff There were practically no tv channels in languages other than Italian which is strange in a hotel belonging to an international chain. The ventilation/ heating system was ok for me only because I always use earplugs, even at home. It might be too loud for some people if not using earplugs. There was Alexa set in the room that I certainly do not use but no international tv channels which is more widely used than Alexa, in my opinion…
