I love the location, the room is very clean, the staff is very friendly and kind We had a great stay here although only for one night, we had some brief talks with the host, he is so kind and supportive Air conditioner is a bit noisy but better than nothing

Location Food was nothing to Rave over; it’s Italy perhaps serve real coffee. But the fruit was super! Thank you for sharing fresh fruit; little food generosity goes far to a tired traveler.

Great location and Host is attentive and knowledgeable. I had a shared bathroom with another guest. Host made sure bathroom was spotless. Felt very comfortable, would definitely come back Shower was small but not the end of the world by any means.

Breakfast was simple and exactly what we may have had at home, coffee (machine that had a selection of options - I prefer the Americano with some milk), and some fruit. Husband loved the breakfast cookies and cake :). Location was excellent for an evening at the Arena for Opera. Short 20 min walk from the train station, and about a 10ish min walk to the Arena and surrounding area. Bed was fantastic, shower was great, A/C was phenomenal (summer is hot!). There was a bit of noise from another couple eating breakfast in the AM that woke us up, but no more than our next door neighbors at home - and we went right back to sleep for a few min. Wish we would have known about this place the first time we came. Would 100% recommend a stay here to a friend. Nothing, great stay!

The location was great! Room on the smaller side but suitable for 2 people. Facilities were clean and well-maintained. Host was very welcoming and friendly. Room was a bit smaller than I would have liked. It was pretty warm in the room. Shower was small with little room to wash my hair.

The room was very cosy, the shared bathroom perfectly clean. We were given detailed instructions for self-check-in because we arrived late in the evening. That worked very well :) The breakfast was delicious and the host very nice, we were also allowed to leave our luggage at the accommodation after check-out to visit Verona!

Lovely breakfast. The coffee is soo nice and terrace is so cute. The room is so spacious, clean ad has everything you would need!

Everything worked very well, Cristiano contacted me beforehand to meet me at the check-in. The room was clean and well equipped (incl. USB adapter for charging). Breakfast was nothing special but had a small buffet in serlf service and covered all essentials. The walls are very thin, you can hear the busy street quite well, also doors and keys from other rooms are audible quite loudly. But that's just how it is in an old building in a historical city, nothing too bad.
