The check-in was very smooth. The room was big, fresh, clean and had a wonderful view from balcony. Our room had also two windows with view. The bathroom was good. Upon becoming a member of Best Western, the water in the minibar became complementary. Overall, there was no noise, there was also elevator in the building, umbrellas were available in the hall. N/A

The room controls are fully electronic but sometimes they were a bit glitchy (e.g. AC wasn't turning off from the first try). During the first night, there was a hot-water issue in the shower. However, it was fixed on the same day when I reported it.

Breakfast was not included and we did not select an add on. The staff at the front desk were all lovely and helpful. The bar/cafe did not have anyone there but the staff offered to serve a beverage in the lobby instead. The location was very good exploring Verona. We walked about 15 minutes from the train and five to fifteen minutes to a range of cafes, shops, sites, and restaurants. The staff helped us secure a taxi service for a day trip to Lake Garda and also to return to the train station. Bathroom was spacious and great shower. I had thought the family room would have been a bit bigger but it was very comfortable and the beds were made up as two single as per our communications as we requested.

Very friendly and efficient staff, particularly with respect to accommodating our specific needs at breakfast. The location is within easy walking distance to the historic sites.

Spacious room. There was an Alexa in the room which was a nice touch. We could only lower the ac to a certain degree and no more so the room was a bit warm to our liking. It was short walk to all the attractions. We found a great BbQ truck outside of the tomb of Juliet which was just down the street that was awesome and really inexpensive dinner. Only that we could not lower the ac temperature

The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. Our flights with full ski gear was cancelled so we had to get an early check in and special assistance with storage. Prima!
