Hotel Giberti & SPA

We stayed in the newly renovated apartments. It was clean, comfortable and the natural lighting was great. The husband and I actually slept in. Parking spot was provided. Near the Arena and the whole town was walkable.

The breakfast was limited, and the hotel looks a bit outdated, with gold-plated finishes and mirrors. It doesn’t really feel like a 4-star hotel.

Clean, elegant ,functional , friendly staff. I don’t mind a hard mattress but this was extreme. Hardest ever and pretty uncomfortable actually . Coffee at breakfast should be better and would be nice if squash was juice . Shower pressure is quite low .

not the hotel's fault.... but the exhibition which i was attending was almost 1.5 hours away ... so very tedious for me to travel everyday. the Bus service from the hotel to the exhibition center required advance booking which i was not aware.... wish i was informed by the hotel of this advance booking....

Beautiful and very clean hotel. Breakfast included and tons of choices. The Spa was private and peaceful. Excellent wifi service that is included. The location is fabulous, a 5 min walk to Piazza Bra. Definitely recommend.

I was with my wife and we liked everything about this hotel. The room was very good and very clean. The private SPA was fantastic. The staff was very polite and well trained. The location is also very close to the city's historical center. Nothing!

The staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay, and they did a very good job with the honeymoon package that was prepared for us. Nothing significant, the fitness center could have included more devices to have a full proper indoor workout.

Noisy , the hotel staff very noisy every morning starting 8AM.

Location was very good, about 10 min. walk to Arena de Verona. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options. I found mattresses were bit tough for me, it was okay for my husband.

The location is a bit far from the city center but walkable (15 minutes).

Lovely rooms - spacious and well decorated - friendly and helpful reception staff, and enjoyed using the spa facilities (these were at an additional charge but was a wonderfully relaxing 1.5 hours spent and even better as we had private use of the spa area) The bed was too hard for me (but that’s always a personal preference) and the bathroom was pretty sparse of toiletries - could have had a separate shampoo & conditioner and body lotion. A complimentary bottle of water would have also been a nice touch. Breakfast was decent but there was an extra charge if you wanted poached eggs and they turned the lights off in the area we were sitting when it was the end time which was unnecessary. They didn’t make our table aware when they were closing the buffet - albeit I heard them telling other tables and our waitress kindly still brought some fresh hot water to our table.

The room is newly renovated, clean and the decor is nice. The hotel is located in quiet street and only 10 minutes walk to the center. The air conditioning works as it supposed to unlike many hotels we stayed-in in Italy. The breakfast is ok but it can be much better for a 4 stars hotel. Most of the staff were outstanding but two in the reception were very reluctant to move from the desk to entrain our questions.
