10 Minutes B&B

Excellent location; easy parking options on the street upfront; the apartment had all amenities we needed and our group of 5 felt very comfortable. Big, classy and cosy. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Verona! Nothing, all was perfect. Perhaps only as a recommendation: the apartment we stayed in (6th floor) could benefit from a big mirror in the hallway. ☺️

Warmly welcomed by Angela. She showed a tourist route to follow on a map, which took us to interesting places we wouldn't have visited. Great recommendations for local restaurants. Our room was very comfortable, with a large bathroom and clean. Location was very central - only 10 mins easy walk from the train station. We enjoyed breakfast each morning, with freshly cooked eggs. Angela was an outstanding host. She was attentive, friendly and could not have been more helpful during our stay. Nothing was too much after we arrived late for check in and left very early on our check out. Nothing.

Our stay at 10 minutes bed and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We spent two days in Verona, and the location was perfect. It’s only a five-minute walk from the train station, making it an excellent choice if you’re traveling by train. The city center is also very close—about a ten-minute walk at most. The hostess was incredibly kind and helpful. She explained everything we needed to know, including the best places to eat, the main attractions, and what was worth visiting. The room was spotless and very well maintained. Overall, I would definitely give this place a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it!

Location was perfect and the room / apartment was so much bigger than expected! Every room was clean and furnished beautifully. There are also ACs installed which is a big plus! Alessandro was very helpful with recommending restaurants and pointing out things to visit in Verona. The team was accommodating in regards to our breakfast wishes and very kind in general. We loved our stay there! We couldn't find out how to use the shower without flooding the bathroom and having to wipe up the mess afterwards. Maybe the showerhead is placed too high or the shower glass wasn't properly shut at the bottom. Or maybe we have simply not used it correctly. Either way, everything else was perfect and there was a second shower in the bedroom area as well that worked perfectly fine so it was more of a slightly inconvenient surprise than a huge problem.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable room. The owner was very kind and the location is excellent, close to the center. Good breakfast. The large bed is very comfortable; the small one is perfect for kids, though maybe less so for a big adult.

Property is located around 7 minutes walk from the train station but one can use the public transport which stops in front of the b&b. A 10 minute walk will take you to the city centre piazza Bra and the arena. We were welcomed by Angela who is an excellent host. After giving us details as to how to go around the city and showing us the main attractions on a city map she showed us to our room. The room was spacious with a rather large bathroom. All modern. A complimentary bottle of water each was given to us together with coffee pods and a coffee machine. Angela told us that we could help ourselves to the electric kettles that are found in the breakfast room and take one to our room which we did. The room was spotless and bed was super comfortable. It was very quiet even though the window overlooks a Main Street. Breakfast was superb with freshly done eggs and bakes. Public transport runs through the street which we found very convenient. We can never thank Angela enough for her hospitality and care. You are a reflection of your name. An angel xx

The friendly staff

Honest review here: The apartment is on the top of a 3 level block. I was on my 3rd week of travel so I had a giant suitcase and a small trolley so after the 2nd level my arms were dead but that is in no way the hosts fault. The keys were very easy to obtain, first a code to let you in the main front door on ground level and a key safe right outside the apartment door. When I opened the door I thought "Wow" it's got a really modern feel to it but retaining the character of the old with the red brick walls and the wooden beams. There are plants also which bring nature to the home but only 3 if I remember and they are lovely. Everything you need is in the apartment, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, an electric hob, put it this way it has everything you need. I love the place..so much I wanted to book for another trip in June but sadly all booked out for the days I need but I should ask for next year. It is simply metres away from the square, straight across is Zabka so you can grab snacks easily, an amazing bakery 30 seconds walk away. Location is perfect and I mean perfect. I really wish I knew and stayed here long before discovering it or I would have gone nowhere else. Communication with Joanna was great, she was very helpful and I will definitely go back again. The photos are taken just before I left....It was immaculate when I arrived. I couldn't stay longer

Perfect location, you can very easily walk from the train station and to the city centre and tourist attractions. Lovely and helpful staff. Large room and bathroom with coffee machine and fridge. The single bed mattress was too soft for me.
