Air conditioning was available. It was quiet. Not enough power plugs, not enough places to put things, water wouldn't drain properly in the shower

Be aware to do a identity verification through, Vickey. It’s not a full self check-in the host/ staff needs to give you access in advance if you arrive after 19:30 in order to be able to access the property, if not you’ll be waiting outside. The soap dispenser was full but malfunctioned : had to press 3-4 times to have a decent amount of soap.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but other than that the stay was great.

Check was a little confusing but also think that was on me a little bit. I made it harder than it was.

The room was clean and the location is great — ideally situated between the train station and the old town. My experience with the host was unfortunately frustrating. I had requested a late check-in, but it was cancelled. When I asked why — since entry to the building is digital — I was told that if something went wrong, no help would be available after 7:30 p.m. To avoid problems, I rebooked my train to arrive earlier. Still, I didn’t receive complete check-in instructions. I could access the building, but not the room. When I raised the issue, I was blamed for not replying to an email — though it was never clear that a reply was required, and the access instructions should have been provided proactively for a fully prepaid stay. The next day, I found I had been marked as a no-show, even though I had checked in — this deactivated my access link and forced me into further communication just to enter the property. When I said this was wasting my time, the host replied that I was wasting hers — which I found unprofessional, especially given the circumstances. Important for future guests to know -check out is strictly at 10.30 am, which is quite early -there is no option to leave luggage at the property. You must pay external storage nearby, starting at 5 € per bag. While the room and location are fine, the lack of clear communication, rigid policies, and poor attitude toward guest service made this a disappointing stay.

Nothing The owner cancelled the Booking when I Was already inside the room. As there is an Electronic door I cannot leave the room until the next morning when I leave the city.

The facility is located close to the train station and Flixbus stop. It only takes a few minutes to reach the center of Verona. On the route to the Colosseum you will find cafés, restaurants and shops. A room with a bathroom equipped in accordance with the information and on the website (towels, personal hygiene products, hairdryer). The bed was large but not very comfortable. the mattresses were sliding apart on the frame. It was necessary to correct them. The owner allows access to the kitchen. Everything, the location is perfect, room was beautiful and clean, the host is very nice and gave us great recommendations for where to go in Verona!

Everything is good! If you want to go inside the building and the apartment, you’ll need to do the check in online previously and have a good internet connection to open the gate and the building door!

Nice placement (close to bus station and not far from the center of the city). Thanks to host for allowing me to put my luggage earlier. Nice and clean room, good internet, nice kitchen.

It was close to the train station, just that The internet, the way of checking in, the community bathroom, that you cannot cancel or get a refund, the pillows and bed were dirty

An excellent room (and additional facilities) located close to the railway station yet not too far from the centro storico. Will stay here again when he opportunity presents again.
