Excellent location, chic but homely styling, cosy, delicious fresh breakfast and incredibly friendly and helpful staff Lighting in rooms is quite dark so I had to open window and shutters and stand to do my makeup but wasn't so bad, I felt like Juliet!

The location was great and everyone was very friendly. Particular shout out to the breakfast lady who was just so lovely. Nothing, everything was as expected

Such a great hotel in the center of Verona. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, so no traffic noise. Very helpful staff. Excellent, comfortable room with good A/C. Exceptionally good breakfast Nothing

This was our second stay at Albergo Mezzanti and hopefully not our last. This is a fabulous no-frills hotel, we would never want to stay anywhere else in Verona. The staff make it - the housekeepers, the girls on reception and not to forget our lovely Adele in the Breakfast Room, always with a smile and of course her delicious baking! All this and a superb location, a short walk to everything of interest within the city centre. We were in Verona during intense heatwave and the A/C in the hotel was very welcome. Nothing at all.

Location, staff, breakfast, rooms - all excellent. In some respects the fact that it is a three star hotel show through but is more than made up for by the location and the lovely staff

Location, friendly and very helpful staff. warm welcome. Excellent breakfast spread. Minor issue that there was no English Channel of any sort available unfortunately.

Charming albergo in a central, but quiet location. The room was comfortable with strong air conditioning (it was sweltering hot outside!). Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly and made great restaurant recommendations. Northing… we loved it

I liked the breakfast, and the staff were kind. The cleanliness was very poor. Our room, 108, had various insects in it. First, we found a tick in the bathroom, which was quite alarming. I don’t know how it got there – perhaps it came from previous guests – but it was still very unpleasant. There was also a small spider on our pillows. Finally, there were many ants of different sizes, especially between the bedroom and the bathroom, which made me wonder whether the wall between the two rooms might be infested. I asked the staff if we could change rooms, but none were available, which was understandable as it was late at night. Still, I felt very stressed about sleeping there, and this was not the experience I expected for almost €200 per night.
