B&B Pergolesi

He makes everything clean，but doesn’t seem to welcome foreigners. When I arrived in the evening, the owner was quite kind at first. He waited for me because my car was arriving late — he actually waited until 1 a.m., even though check-in was supposed to close much earlier. He had asked us to arrive by 5 p.m. for check-in. However, there was another issue: I had to check out by 10 a.m., which is very early — I’ve rarely had such an early check-out before. He charged me €25 for the late check-in. When I finally arrived, he welcomed me, but immediately asked me to pay him in cash. I got up early in the morning to have a shower, then I need to used the shared bathroom to wash my hair. The landlord was annoyed and said: my bathroom is not your bathroom, I feel this saying is very offensive because if you use your place as a bnb, the guest needs a place to clean herself. I cleaned everything after using. He is purely feel annoyed to see my wet hair. around 9:30 a.m., and he told me to leave right away. I felt that the owner was only offering his house as an Airbnb for money, not because he genuinely wanted to host people. I also tried to sort my rubbish properly and take it outside, he abruptly told me that how waste should be sorted in Italy is different from my country ( I’m a Chinese and I live in France) I found that quite strange. I live in France, and I’m well aware of how waste sorting works in Europe — in big cities in China like Shanghai we sort out our trash as well. I’m used to taking my rubbish out myself, but he wasn’t friendly or welcoming. He even told me not to touch his things and to leave. I’ve never experienced an Airbnb stay where the host behaved like that. Be careful: you don’t have your own bathroom and the breakfast is horrible. Dry bread with coffee. Some jam and old fruits.

Exceptional

The hosts were very welcoming, the apartment was spotlessly clean. The breakfast had a variety of food, including freshly brewed coffee made in the typical Italian moka pot :) I missed something where I could put away/pack away my things. I had to leave them out in the open and occupy the available surfaces because the room did not have storage I could use.

The owners/managers are kind, professional and fun. The structure is very clean and breakfast is great! Only one little flaw, there was no wardrobe space which may be ok for very short stays

The room was very nice, cute furniture, and very clean.

Antonello and Cristina were super nice hat, the house is in a nice quite neighbourhood. The room and toilet were super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We have a good rest here in our visit to Verona:)

Nice place and very clean!

Its an apartment where the owner rents a bedroom. Location isn’t great and it’s quiet noisy . it’s a guest house where I didn’t feel welcome by the owner ( not sure if it was a language barrier ) but he came across being rude and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Very clean. Flexible with arrival since owner lives on site. Pay extra for aircon.

Warm welcome by the host, easy communication and easy parking in the street in front of the b&b. Location is easy to find and no busy roads from the highway to get there.
