Sebastiano is a gracious host and goes out of his way to make you comfortable. The rooms and bath are clean and quiet, breakfast is either self service or Sebastiano can prepare some eggs, and the location can't be beat. It's literally steps from a large grocery store, and within a block, you are on you way to all that Verona has to offer. Taxi and bus right at Piazza Bra.

I liked the room, it was just smaller than expected which was ok for us as we were only staying 1 night

The room and bathroom were very clean and modern. The location was great! Very close to all the main attractions. Breakfast had a large selection of food and drink. Would definitely visit again!

The location is ideal, Sebastiano is a delightful host, breakfast is tasty and varied, and my room was cozy with extra blankets and pillows. Everything is within walking distance, whether you want to shop, eat, sightsee, or stroll along the Adige.

Great people. Very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, just five minutes walk from the amphitheatre. The streets has a number of places to eat but the main tourist eating places are just a short walk away. Nice breakfast. The room was ample warm enough so I had to leave the outside terrace door open (even in January!). But that's just a small quibble. The entrance is a bit dark until you find out where the light switch is.

Great hospitality, great location, good breakfast. I would expect at least a universal shower gel/shampoo in addition to hand soap. As most places have this, I did not bring my own.

We spent one night at this B&B after a VERY long flight from the US to Milan (and then two different trains to get to the B&B!) Needless to say, we were exhausted. That said, we wish we could have stayed longer. Our room was really great and had a little sitting area with a table and chairs, which we loved. It also had the best water pressure in the tiny shower that I think I've ever experienced in my life. It felt amazing. We both slept extremely well. The staff were so friendly and dedicated to making sure that everyone has a great experience. They were really great about letting us leave our luggage after checking out so we could keep exploring that day before heading to Padua. The location of this place is unmatched. Very safe too. Cute restaurants and shopping all around within walking distance. Verona also has the BEST market that we experienced over our entire 16-day trip. Had we known it was so good compared with others, we would have bought more! Do not hesitate to choose this place. You are guaranteed to have an amazing time. One quirk of the room is that it has a step across the room that you have to encounter to go out of the door or into the bathroom. I didn't have any issues, but imagine that had I not made a mental note to be aware, I might have tripped. just be aware. It might be good for the B&B to add some kind of a light strip to the step as a prompt. Again, this was not a real issue for us as long as we were mindful.

The location is perfect, in a charming property right on the edge of the old town and only a couple minutes walk from the coliseum. It's a manageable 15 minute walk from the station, too. Sebastiano is a wonderful host - friendly and welcoming, helpful, and very quick to respond to messages. He will even cook eggs for your breakfast if you ask! My room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet despite the urban location. The range of breakfast options was very good for such a small hotel, and there's a fridge for guest use as well. Nothing really. I suppose the door to the building is a bit hard to find, but Sebastiano provided helpful photos.

A great B&B in the heart of Verona Historical Centre. Check in was easy and the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for 2 night stay. Sebastiano our host provided great local information and great continental breakfast. Would recommend.
