A perfect location for being next to the arena. Easy communication with host. Good value for your money.

A last minute change by Bed Bra saw us moved to a different location, but the move was a win! Awesome apartment with everything that you could ask for. Close to everything, right next to the water, really was an awesome apartment! Verona is a magical town! An easy 25 minute walk from the train station NA

The location was perfect. Easy and clear instructions for self check in.

There was no baggage drop available although the facility is next door the premises didn’t know about it. I booked a delux room, it wasn’t even ordinary. There was meant to be a street view but all there was were chimneys. Disgusting! I have had better basic rooms than this supposedly deluxe for a special occasion. No helpful staff, no extras, dirty, dingy entrance Good location and could be so much better Not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t go back!

The only good thing about this place is its central location, but there are plenty of much better options in the same price range. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere. Terrible Customer Service & No Invoice Issued – The property refused to provide a legally required invoice despite repeated requests from me and Booking.com Customer Service. Booking.com was unable to help, and the issue remains unresolved. I have reported this to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and Agenzia delle Entrate (Italian Tax Authorities) for non-compliance. Unsecured Handling of Personal Data – The property asks guests to send copies of their ID via Gmail, claiming it is “secure.” This is completely unsafe, as email is not encrypted. Never send your ID via unsecured channels! Unhygienic Conditions – The linens felt slept in, making me unsure if they were changed after the last guest. The towels in the bathroom were brand new but unwashed, which is a serious hygiene concern. Bad Location for Comfort – While centrally located, there are trash containers directly across from the entrance, causing unpleasant smells every time you enter or exit.

The location The heater was not working and there was no hot water in the shower. My friend and I were freezing the whole night. We contacted the person but she didn’t solve our problem.

They forgot cleaning

The person running the place was the rudest person we encountered on our entire 3 week trip. Would not recommend, based on communication with manager/owner.

The location is amazing, right next to the Arena and the self check in is very convenient. Poor communication with the host, we wrote for the check out and never got a reply from them. The room was ok, fridge was not working and the hot water in the shower was not enough for two people.

Location and cleanliness Firstly check-in instructions weren't recieved until after check in time. I had to call to request details. Secondly there was no hot water in the shower in the evening Thirdly , after leaving the 7€ tourist tax on the desk when we left I recieved a message from booking saying they couldn't find it and demanding payment. I later recieved an apology saying they found it :inside the draw"

Convenient location. Clean and tidy. Good bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is near to the lovely Piazza Bra and the Verona Arena and near to many restaurants too. We enjoyed being in this area of Verona. Just getting into the building on arrival. They send out a key code on the day of arrival. I had no WiFi therefore no key code! It was a problem that we would of wished to have avoided - especially when you arrive in the evening. Our tip: Make sure you have WIFI. Everything else was fine.
