Location was great! AC was not cold enough; it went to 25 Celsius only, which can be very hot in midsummer with 30+ outside.

    Good value for money

Location is unbeatable. Truly. Breakfast is delicious. A/C worked, but did take multiple hours to cool down.

Location was excellent. Staff were very helpful!

It was hard to drive in the area, but manageable

The location is excellent, breakfast was great and much more than I expected with a small selection of everything but all very fresh a d good quality. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor which had very low windows so it was almost like not having windows at all. There was also noise from glass recycling being empty every morning but in a dense city noise is expected and we had earplugs.

    The location

Really small, dated and noisy room. Some of the staff weren’t very friendly. Bed corners deadly on shins.

The staff were all so kind! We needed a place that was more of a pit stop stay in between travels and to see Verona. The location is so perfect, the breakfast was great: croissants, salami, cheese, cakes, boiled eggs, even scrambled eggs to order and coffee/cafe/cappuccino to order, fruits, toast, yogurts etc. The hotel is dated but you understand this when you book. I personally love and appreciate the dated feel, it adds to the ambiance and also you appreciate the price you’re able to stay so close to the main Verona Piazza. Ear plugs help for the mid-night garbage dumps and thinner walls if you’re a lighter sleeper. We did get a room with a shower with a semi-see-thru glass to the room with minimal privacy, but there was an additional shower in the hallway for all hotel guests private use if needed. We were happy and enjoyed our stay! Grazie Millie! Honestly we were happy! Elevator, safe, even called us a taxi upon request, mini bar. Just use ear plugs if you’re a lighter sleeper for late night bottle dumps that are done in the alley nearby!

Very nice Breakfast. Clean and comfortable room in a good location. Everything worked. Not much.

Location was good near the Piazza Bra. Quite area. Room was as advertised, old style but facilities were older than expected. The photo on your site seem to in dictate a restaurant on site but it is next door, There is a converted terrace amongst the rooms on the 2nd floor for a very simple breakfast that does not accommodate all guests at the same time. No lobby just check in desk.

Great location at the centre of old city. The staff was very welcoming and always willing to help.

Loved our stay at Hotel Torcolo. This is the definition of an old looking property but maintained very well. Beds are comfortable and there is adequate space for our luggages. I love how the bathroom looks old but looks modern at the same time. Location is right in the old town and is walkable to everything. Staff are great and friendly. Price is really good value and I’m happy I booked this hotel than the other more expensive ones. Hair dryer is a bit ancient. It still worked though.

Location so close to everything Myself and my Husband have just returned home from 4 days at this gem of a hotel. The location couldn't be better around the corner from the Arena and all the other places of interest are within walking distance. This hotel is very close to the busy tourist area so you can expect to hear noise of people into the early hours but this for me was part of the experience and didn't bother me. I have issues with my knee and this hotel was so close to everything it was great. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and give great ideas of trips and restaurants everyone we dealt with was amazing. The room number 23 is small but it was perfect for us for the stay and I found the bed really comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, had a mini bar we didn't use it. You could order coffee downstairs but we went out for coffee. The room for me was perfect but some may want tea/coffee facilities that more modern hotels have this is the only reason I put it at 4 stars above but for me this was not an issue. The shower was great and having the shower gel/ shampoo there was great as I didn't have to bring any saving weight in our cases. This hotel was everything I wanted it is a small cosy hotel with a charm that bigger modern hotels just can't compete with. I will be back again and I can't see me staying anywhere else in Verona. Nothing some will think the rooms are small but I lived how cosy the hotel felt
