Beautiful facility across from the Vicksburg National Military Park. Everything was perfect. Beautiful common areas. I enjoyed it very much!

The cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast had a nice variety of options. They had security outside where cars were parked so that was comforting knowing our vehicle was safe. The beds were very comfortable. We do wish they had a fan/ventilation in the bathroom. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Nice, renovated hotel. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was lacking for those with food allergies (gluten and dairy specifically). Hard boiled egg could have solved that. No restaurants within walking distance.

The roach in my first room i was given

Staff was friendly, great location next to the park, interior was clean. Exterior looked like it could use fresh paint. Breakfast was not very good.

Tasha - the front desk clerk who checked me was great. A discovered a bug in my room, a roach and requested a new room. She was prompt in getting us moved to a new room. A discount should have given is my complaint also prefer rooms with a bathroom The roach in my first room i was given

Clean room. Staff were unfriendly at breakfast area. The hot tub had to have the "emergency shut off" button pressed to get it to work by the maintenance man. Saw a few spiders in the pool area. Doors to our rooms at times did not close adequately without double checking and very forcefully closing.

The bathroom had damage to the ceiling and there was mold on the wall above the shower head

Nice clean hotel. Rooms were very comfortable. Great location close to highway. Very good breakfast.

Convenient place. Breakfast was meant, but free, so you can't complain too much. Rooms were comfortable, but not great. Bathroom needed some maintenance/deep cleaning.
