excellent service.

Everything was fast and easy. Very clean room. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Pool was very dirty and full of leaves. The elevator did not work for the 3rd floor. But the overall experience was very good and that’s why I keep staying there when I am in town.

Blinds were broken, bathtubs did not drain, mold in the bathroom ceiling, and cobwebs in nearly all corners.

The room and breakfast were great. Overall, a great experience.

Easy access to property. Hotel room, dining room, lobby, all areas extremly clean and maintained. “Breakfast included” type meal was good, maybe 8.5 - 9.0 (choices/quality/available). Elevator was below average due to fact had to work through front desk to access elevator when traveling down (hopefully a short term challenge for hotel guest).

The room has an odd smell, the TV remote was very touchy and wouldn't work unless you go up to the TV (even after maintenence visited). We also stayed on the 3rd floor ans the elevator was not working properly so we had to call the front desk every time we wanted to take the elevator down.

Good spread Nothing

The room was nice and clean We ( seniors) were put on the top floor. The elevator would only go up to the top floor. You could not summon the elevator to go down. You had to call the front desk to get them to send the elevator up for you. The ice machine on our floor did not work. Magnified by the elevator problem made getting ice difficult. We requested a room with a tub and ours only had a shower.

My only complaint is staff could have been a little friendlier. Other than that, the stay was great. Breakfast was delightful. Room was clean and cool temperature wise.

I would hope that they at least go in, empty the trash, check bathroom items that need refilled and refresh towels. I paid too much to beg for service or needed to go to front desk for towels, etc.

The staff was very pleasant. The facility was clean. The daily breakfast was great. The rooms are spacious. And the late check out time adds a major plus.

Will never stay there again

I enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel. The clerk that afternoon was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was very clean and had what I needed to feel safe and comfortable. I would stay there again when I pass through that city.
