Quality Inn Vicksburg

Seem to me wasn't enough to select from 1 ice machine was broken near my room so I had to walk to the other one

The room was not very clean. Shower curtain was filthy on the bottom. Ice bucket had trash in it. Sheet had a burn spot at the foot. Continental breakfast was not restocked properly. Had to ask the desk clerk several times on what he said. Clerk was of an Arabian decent. Parking lot had trash in it. Most likely will not stay at another Quality Inn. The only good thing I found was the price was fair until I was in the room. The advertisement had not refundable, so I just dealt with it.

Room was dirty. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

Loved it.

Manager in duty was super excellent customer service and amazing!!

Ice Machine had mold. Window curtains were stained BAD, the lamp shades stained, the bathroom tub stained. Lamps were showing rust. Pictures not dusted since I don't know when. I had my two granddaughters with me and they were not comfortable at all to the point they would not take off their shoes or socks and slept on top of the bed with their blanket. They both told me "This is not it, YAYA. The carpet is stained beyond cleaning. Just run down. I chose Quality Inn because in the past its always been nice and affordable. I will not be staying at Quality Inn any longer.

The room was dirty that we stayed in. The TV didn’t work. There was rat poison behind the TV stand as there was an issue before obviously. The sheets were extremely old and needed replacement. We called about the TV even the hotel desk guy couldn’t fix it. Use the icemaker that was outside, but was afraid to eat the ice because we wondered if the filter or icemaker had been kept up. It was extremely rusted. Will never stay here again don’t waste your money.

The bathroom was dirty and no hot water

Not much good to say! Needs a lot of fixing (remodel), dirty, and night time male desk attendant was always on phone and had an attitude when you needed something.

The room smelled of old cigarette smoke and didn't seem very clean. MOST of the bugs in the room were dead.

Run! It’s nasty place. First walked in the first room with hair in the bed. Toilet not cleaned at all. Back to the bed the comforters were all stained. The carpet not cleaned at all. They never cleaned our room while we was there. We had to asked for fresh towels. We even had to asked for extra toilet tissue. When you would see the house keeping cart there no clean sheets or comforter on their carts. I had to go find local Walmart to buy new sheets to put on the bed. Again for your sake Run! Oh I forgot they had bugs too. Run, run!

No the best place to stay. Did not eat there because is was not what we wanted. the room was clean some what. There was a lot of place like the hair dryer cord wad dirty and moldy. The lamp shades were moldy. Spread had bleach stains, there was like a cut in the sheets, mold in the bathroom around the facet. Had to ask for wash clothes 3 times on Saturday.

Nice quiet place to stay...only thing I did not like is that the bathtub had no handrail to hold on to get in and out of tub...had to hang on to towel rack.

The rate was decent but should have been lower because of the quality Room stink and it was a bug on the floor and the sink! The drapes were dirty! Lights were off due to a storm and I was exhausted! After killing bugs and cleaning and spraying everything. I bathe and went to sleep! People walked around the property all night

This particular stay was different. I don’t think housekeeping fully cleaned our room prior to our check in. The shower was filled with something red on the walls and curtains,which led me to believe they didn’t wash the shower curtain or clean the tub. I had to clean the tub/shower myself. It was very unsettling but I didn’t want to complain.

The breakfast was a joke. Waffle iron was not heated at 7:45 when breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30. The refrigerator in room did not work. I have seen more pressure from a man with prostate issues than the water pressure in the sink. It was extremely loud and parking was abysmal due to the many dump trucks parked there. Suffice to say, we will be marking this hotel off our possibilities list
