What I don’t like is this hotel charged the card I used to hold the reservation the DAY BEFORE I arrived instead of my choice to pay at property. I used that card to hold the reservation and was going to pay with another one. I think this needs to be brought to their attention.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the pillows were awful, the bathroom was dirty, the sheets felt damp and the carpet felt dirty and damp.

My wife slipped on the pool steps because they were slippery. She reported it to a staff person and no follow-up about her injuries. When we reported it in the review our reply was to question the truth of our report. White we were there one elevator was out and only one ice maker worked. No work was done to repair either while we were there.

Great rooms, quiet, fully stocked and staff were the friendliest!

When I arrived, the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were crumbs on the kitchenette countertops and hair in the shower. These basic cleanliness issues should have been addressed before check-in. The television also did not work for the entire first day. Front desk staff attempted to fix it but were unsuccessful. A maintenance employee later worked on it for about 15 minutes, said he needed to unplug it and would return, but never came back. About an hour later, the front desk called asking if maintenance could return at 7:30 the next morning. I declined because I would still be sleeping. The TV was finally repaired on the second day after I left the room around 10:30 a.m. I was dissatisfied with the lack of urgency, communication, and follow-through. I was told the manager was Sonny. While traveling home, I received a call stating that $50 would be refunded. I appreciate the partial refund, but it does not fully compensate for the cleanliness concerns, inconvenience, and poor service. For a Hilton property charging over $200 per night, I expected much better. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to stay here again or recommend this location.

Overnight stay on our way to the Gulf. We have stayed here a few times. Nice clean place.

Great access to downtown historic views, clean, easy access to parking and friendly staff.

Staff was great

The only thing is that they still have carpet in the rooms, but other than that the room was fine.

Beds are very comfortable. Spacious rooms. Very strong air conditioning! Easy drive to downtown. Would stay again!

Great hotel option for larger family group. The only problems at all were that the floors were a little sticky and the breakfast lacked a few items, but overall, great stay.

We were surprised at the size of our room we booked, it was fairly big, which was perfect for our family. Some of the furniture in our room needed updating, especially the couch. We were overall satisfied with our stay, I would definitely book here again.

Good location It was good

Very clean the staff was very friendly.

Full sized fridge in room, gym and pool. Room needed a deeper cleaning. Dirty mirror and rim on sink were dirty as well as bathroom floor. Compared to the Florence KY location this one was subpar. For the price, save your money and stay at the Holiday Inn across the street. My last time thru Vicksburg that was a better price and experience.

Everything was okay.

I texted and called the staff several times and no one would help us. It was awful. The breakfast was good but the gym was hot and musty. The whole hotel was just kind of damp. Will definitely not be staying there again. There were several people at the pool that were drinking also. And most of the towels were used whenever we requested more pool towels.

Check in and check out easy with personable staff. New hotel was clean and tastefully decorated. Bed comfortable. Need to work on landscaping.
