The room was very comfortable and a great location. It was on the high street so was easy to access the beach, the restaurants and the train station. Even though it was really central it was very quiet. Nothing, we liked everything.

Nothing at all! We were booked for 5 days, but we were completely shocked and upset when we got to the place. It did not look like the photos on the website. The booking stated the room was on the first floor, but there were 3 sets of of steep concrete steps we had to walk up with all our luggage. There was no elevator! In the hallway the paint was peeling, and dirty. There was no one there to receive you, no concierge, if you needed any help or anything. Moreover, the WiFi was going in and out so the internet was difficult to use. The air conditioning took way too long to cool. The balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was an old table with clothes pins on it, and the view looked nothing like the photos on the website. There was no pool there, it was about a quarter mile away at a different hotel where you had to go for breakfast and no shuttle service as stated on the website. The worse part was when we came back from dinner. We had a key to open this huge wooden door that we opened, to find ourselves in complete, and utter darkness. We couldn’t see what we were walking into. We had to get out our cellphones and open our flashlights to walk through the alley and walk up the cement stairs. Extremely creepy and scary! This was totally unacceptable, and we decided we didn’t want to spend our dream vacation in a terrible place! We asked for a refund of the 4 days in which we did not stay. But we were refused by the property owner. This place was misrepresented on their site! I don’t know how anyone could give this place a even a decent review!

Apartment was in great location in a town 5 stops on train form Sorrento. Took 5-6 mins to walk to train station. Apartment in a quirky converted building. Staff at main hotel messaged us daily to check we okay and see if we needed anything We had offer of breakfast at hotel but this was 10min walk up hill and under apartment was a gorgeous bakery so we would just grab some croissants. Local lovely restaurants and cafe Lovely coved beach down winding road -took approx. 10-15 mins to walk to but learnt small bus will do drop off from train station to beach and pick ups Nothing Lighting when enter front door way needs to be on a sensor as dark at night.

Nothing went well. Location, room' views, the building, the lack of WIFI, the fact that the pool at the Duomo 20 was not a not a pool, it was a Jacuzzi that did not have the view of the sea (like you see in the photos), it has the views of the rundown city and to get there from the other building, you walk in a non-safe road, full of stray dogs and cars/motorcycles that don't care for pedestrians. The toilet did not work, the stove did not work...the courtyard was filthy and gross. I paid a lot more for this place that I have paid for the other B&B's that we stayed at, and there is no comparison to this place. Very, very disappointed. I will never stay there again, nor I will recommend this place to no one :-(

Apartment is close to the centre of town. The hotel with the facilities and breakfast is up the hill with an incredible view. All the staff were absolutely lovely, but Gioseppe, Mena and the member of staff we met who prepared our room for us were absolutely wonderful- they’re a real credit to the establishment ?. It was super, exceptionally clean and comfortable and private. Loved the garden chillout spot. The bathroom door handle could do with oiling so it doesn’t squeak. Maybe a fan could be useful so the air con didn’t need to be on at night (it gives off a light). But honestly, The place is great.

We had a great stay at Palazzo Scaramellino. That's a shame we couldn't stay longer. Lovely and helpful staff. Beautiful room in a pretty, little town. The icing on the cake was the terrace at Domo 20. The view was just amazing. We had to walk there uphill but for us it wasn't a problem. But to be in a such beautiful place was worth it. The breakfast was very, very yummy. It's a 10 from us? We'll done. We had a lovely stay. No complaints.

Great central location in the town with shops and cafes on the door step. 5 minutes walk to the train station and 10 to the beach. Staff were super friendly and great quality breakfast included at their hotel which was 10 minutes walk away. Property was spacious and comfortable, plus able to squeeze our wide SUV through to the private car parking in the garden. The kitchen had no cutlery but they quickly brought some down from the hotel when we asked.

I loved the location of the room, close to shops, restaurants, and the train station. Also its location in Vico Equense is a great safe and central location from which to visit Naples and Pompeii as well as the beautiful towns of Sorrento, Positano, and Amalfi. The room was clean, comfortable, and private and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The WiFi worked as long as you were in the bedroom. Additionally the hot water for showers did not last very long. An in room nespresso would be great, but then we would not have enjoyed our morning coffee at the corner cafe every day of our stay :)

Great location, in the heart of the town, close to the train, restaurants and shops, and two main beaches. A very nice breakfast served at Domo20, another facility 10 min walk up the hill. Very nice staff at Domo20. The apartment we had on the 1st floor was pretty small, the main bed was in the entrance hall without any window, a lot of noise coming from the house, no moscito nets, weak wi-fi.

Very clean apartment. Super comfortable bed. Great location within few minutes walk to the train station
-
Breakfast We were moved from Villa Scaramellino to Domo20 which is farther away from the city center and train station

Nice big room with modern facilities, located in the centre of the town. Pretty decor, good TV and plenty of space. Very noisy if you left the balcony doors open, but you could close the shutters and use the air con to get round it. Staff at the hotel were friendly and polite, and happy to help wherever they could. Breakfast was very good quality and plentiful. Kettle, tea and coffee in the room would have been welcomed. They did bring us a kettle when we asked in fairness, but it meant hunting for teabags, milk and sachets of coffee. It should also be made clear that there is no food served at this site contrary to what some of the booking sites say: there is a 10 to 15 minute walk up a very, very steep hill in the morning if you want breakfast at the sister hotel. Not everyone could manage it; I’m sure they would have picked you up if you’d asked, but that would mean you’d have to be up at a specific time every day. Breakfast was lovely when you got there, but people should be under no illusion that a steep walk is involved.
