Nice rooms, friendly staff with reception, great location next to the metro, just 10 min away from the very city center.

One of the biggest advantages was the large parking garage with an elevator located right next to the parking area, which made access very easy and convenient. The location is also excellent, very close to the metro station, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of tasty options, and the staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful. Another useful detail was the shop on the ground floor where you can quickly buy water, drinks, or snacks anytime. Overall, an excellent experience and we would definitely stay here again

Breakfast was stunning, each morning started with a spread that exceeded expectations. Freshly baked pastries, a variety of cheeses and cold cuts, eggs, seasonal fruits, and even local specialties that changed daily. The staff was incredibly helpful, from check-in to checkout, every team member greeted me with a genuine smile. When I needed directions, restaurant reservations, or advice on public transport, they provided clear, detailed answers without hesitation. Unbeatble location, stunning breakfast, a wonderfully helpful staff made this stay memorable. I would return in a heartbeat. Didn't have the slippers in room!

When in Vienna, I always go to this hotel and this time we have been 10 people - family and friends. They all like the Hotel and everything. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. It was my first time during my staying there, that having breakfast at 9:30am the lady serving at the breakfast, not only that couldn't speak the English language, but when I asked for boiled eggs (as the the basket was empty) the answer was: It is finished!!! (the breakfast was until 10am) Even the cleaning lady didn't come the day that I signed on the requested time.

Everything. Cleanness, location, delicious breakfast. It is located right by the metro. There is an easy access to a shopping mall and a supermarket. The rooms are very clean, and size wise very sufficient. This is the only hotel we choose to stay every year we visit Vienna. There is nothing we don’t like about the property. We visit Vienna every year at least 1-2 times and this is the only hotel we stay

Convenient location Housekeeping was terrible to say the least. The beds were only made one time during our stay. The housekeeping staff would only clean the garbage bins and replace the towels. Hand wash liquid and body wash were empty and never replaced. We repeatedly communicated our concerns to the reception and their excuse was that was the Christmas holidays! The wifi in our rooms was not working. Breakfast buffet was not inclusive of muslim guests; most items served were pork. Staff at breakfast restaurant were very unfriendly, almost annoyed. Except for the gentleman chef.

The staff did over and beyond!!!

The hotel has a very good location, with metro access within a 5-minute walk, which made getting around very convenient. The rooms themselves were well maintained and the beds were comfortable. The room design lacks privacy and is not suitable for families with children. The bathroom doors were transparent, and the room was filled with mirrors, which made something as basic as taking a shower very uncomfortable—especially with kids in the room. It became a daily struggle. This setup might make sense for couples, but not for families. We had clearly selected children as part of our booking, so the hotel was aware of this in advance. When we raised the concern, we were told that all rooms are designed the same way. Also was difficult to locate hotel first with Google Maps from airport. It’s near to a shopping mall but was confusing. Once we got a hang of it, we found easier ways out.

The room was not cleaned for two days. Breakfast was packed with huge crowds.

Everything was wonderful — from the cleanliness to the location of the hotel, and even the breakfast, which was very diverse. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

We stayed 3 nights and no cleaning is made, although we asked for it. The room we booked was for 3 but they didn’t’ add a bed although we reminded them several time. Only after we complained several time they brought an extra bed at midnight.

Location is great. Very close to metro station. Kind staff and perfect breakfast It could be better if we had a refrigerator in the room.

Breakfast was very good. We stayed at Arcotel Donauzentrum in Vienna for two nights. Overall, our experience was positive and we had no complaints about the hotel itself. However, what happened next left us extremely disappointed and frustrated. We decided to extend our stay in Vienna for one more night and booked an additional night via Booking.com. To avoid any inconvenience and to make sure we could remain in the same room, we went to the reception and specifically asked the receptionist (a young woman) whether our booking was valid for the same room. She checked the system, confirmed our reservation, and assured us that we could stay in the same room without any problem. However, on the third evening at around 8:30 PM, when our child was already asleep and we had already showered and settled in for the night, we received a call from reception asking us to come downstairs due to a “reservation issue.” It turned out that we had mistakenly booked the third night at another hotel from the same chain – Arcotel Wimberger. While we fully acknowledge this was our mistake, we were absolutely shocked by how the situation was handled. Despite explaining the situation, emphasizing that the receptionist had previously confirmed we could stay, and even offering to pay the rate difference or any additional fee for the inconvenience, we were told we had to pack our things and leave the hotel around 9 PM and move to Arcotel Wimberger. This was extremely stressful, especially with a sleeping child and after settling in for the evening. Considering: - the room we were in was available and not reserved for another guest, - the mistake was partially due to incorrect confirmation from your receptionist, - both hotels belong to the same chain, We expected a much more professional, client-oriented and empathetic solution. Instead, we were forced to leave late in the evening, which was truly upsetting and felt very inconsiderate.
