Breakfast was enough Rooms clean and tidy I couldn't get late checkout like how most hotels provide. But they were nice to keep my baggage at the lobby till it was time for me to go to the airport

Price Not so great customer to be honest, staff is rude when there is a language barrier (English is very limited). No laundry room un the hotel OR nearby, so this is no option for a long stay with small luggage. Rooms are cozy but the carpet is very dirty.

The breakfast was very satisfying. That the air conditioner was broken. Could not sleep or get comfortable because of the heat in the room. Stayed only 3 days of the planned 8 days.

Everything was good, except the mattress-too soft and same for the pillows.

The old carpet in the room and corridors. . The room curtains were somewhat dusty. Tea or coffee machines are not available all the time. Room TV remained unavailable for at least 10 days.

We were able to drop off our bags before checkin and a later checkout compared to other places we've stayed. Nothing comes to mind.

Hot water, tea and coffee on machine should be available All the time. Floor carpet are quite old and dirty. Muslim shower in WC should be available. English movie channels are not available. Iron stand should be available at one or two places.

In conclusion, was very good, near subway. Good report quality/price.

Near public transportation. I waited 30mins for my turn in front desk only 1 person in line in front of me. Breakfast was ok few selection.

Price and location were good. Service was good and everything was explained very well, once got that far. Overall, decent room in a good location for a good price. Good that there is soda vending machine available 24/7. Hotel gave wrong code for late check-in, so had to book another hotel for that night (the number for security was only very small on the door - please put it also on the box with keys! Room was very warm for the season, the full floor carpeting is not optimal for cleaning, and some of the furniture was quite dated, low quality or broken. Breakfast is very low cost, but not of very high quality, especially the juice was extremely sweet and with odd chemical flavor to it. The cooling apparatus on the soda vending machine had broken down - warm soda was not very nice.

Good location, great receptionist and clean rooms THe toilets were clean, however there was mold on the shower door , but the floor and sinks were very clean. wOuld be great to take care of the door too
