-
Exchange of bedsheets after two days
-
i only liked the fact that we only stayed one night Dirty room, old, worn-out mattress, noisy bed, no AC and noisy overall.

The location, the rooms are comfortable l, fresh and well illuminated. You could improve the restaurant service and offer a wider variety of food. Also, the TV wasn't working
-
Window blinds were not working. Access to drinking water.

I like the view from the window. The trees and sky and little bit of river Donau. I don’t like the broken tv, broken shower doors, dirty walls, bad design, double bed instead of booked queen bed. A lot of stairs. No bed for kids - booked for family. No bed lights. Breakfast: orange juice is terrible, just yellow water. Coffee: a couple drops of coffee instead a normal cup. Parking: not enough place to park your car, you have to park outside somewhere. Interior of hotel is the most basic and looks so unattractive. Everything is looking cheap, as hotel for 30-40€/ night. My family vacation could be much better.

Check in and check out was a quick process and we even learnt some key words to say when traveling around Austria. There were also sweats to welcome visitors which was a nice touch. There was a large area covered with mold in the bathroom.. We only stayed one night so there was hardly anything to dislike.

- Hotel WiFi is slow most of the time. Barely 1 Mbps in 2026, seriously? - The main entrance is not accessible for wheelchairs or baby chairs. You have to lift the chair yourself. - Facilities are old/cheap or poorly maintained. - Unprofessional staff. We requested an extra bed for a 4-year-old kid, and they replied in the booking.com chat that it costs 16 euros. They didn't mention that it's per night; I only found out while checking in. Also, they brought a baby crib instead of an extra bed, and after complaining that a 4-year-old kid won't fit there, they changed it to an extra bed. This is not something you want to experience during check-in after a long travel with two small kids... - I'm very disappointed with the hotel for the price I've paid. In the end, I could book a much better hotel for the same price (initial price + extra bed per night), but with an extra bed included. One of those hotels you will never visit.
