Reception staff are very dismissive and impolite. The customer service at check-in was terrible.Some of them dont care about the way they treat customers while others were polite. The first person at reception was extremely rude.

clean big room , good location, very nice river view aircondition is very weak not making the room cold most of the time, every time we turn it to low temp, they set it to reset automatically to 26 c and switch off, had to order 2 fans in the room relatively expensive wifi requires re-login every 12 hours they allow dogs in fridge is very small electric sockets are not distributed in convenient manner
